The Three Prismatic Towers.
There are times when a game makes it very clear that you can't continue advancing and if you do you will pay the consequences. That is my current case and the only option I have is to go back a bit to level up my character.
So today I will be doing some side quests before I can continue with the main story. Luckily in my previous post I was participating in the weekly community contest and thanks to that I was able to gather quite a few materials to upgrade my weapons and armor. That said, let's get started with this story which, while not full of scenery images, does include a lot of action photography.
Today's story begins on the outskirts of Mel Sensir where after resisting the siege I was given the task of gathering the straggling troops. In that same place I meet Cydan, The Outlaw who introduces himself to me and promises to help me recruit new soldiers from among the ranks of the surviving fae from the winter court.
After accepting Cydan's help I agreed to meet him at a place called El Monticulo and as expected getting there was not going to be so easy. The area was infested with monsters and was a swampy biome, which made both visibility and mobility difficult.
As if that wasn't enough, each enemy I encountered seemed to be stronger than the previous one and when I saw that they all had their name in orange I realized that I was much higher in terms of level. It was clear to me that in this area I would have to take it easy and focus a little on gaining as much experience as possible to raise my stats.
After a long battle I finally reached the rebel base where *Cydan was waiting for me. This peculiar character tells me that he is the leader of the fae resistance and that he is willing to help me in my fight if I did him a favor first. The favor consisted in destroying three prismatic towers that were being used to monitor the movements of his people and to recruit new members in the enemy ranks.
Interestingly, when I accept this new mission and leave the rebel hideout I am attacked by a group of **killer **niskarus. It seems that even inside the hideout they can hear the conversations and already know that I am on my way.
The difference in strength was evident and, faced with the possibility of not being victorious, I resorted to the frenzy of fate. This ability has always gotten me out of trouble and this time was no exception.
When I finally reach the first tower I see a group of tathua around it listening to the oratory of a projection. Immediately, I take my sword in hand and one by one I eliminate the enemies and then destroy the energy crystals that make the tower work. To my surprise the projection speaking to the fanatics was Gadflow the self-proclaimed king of the winter court.
Once the first tower was destroyed, it was the turn of the second tower, which fortunately was not very far away, but what it did have was a very good custody.
The second tower fell so only the third tower remained, but this time it would have to travel a longer distance. Not only the distance posed a danger this time, as the last tower was in jottun territory. These creatures possess enormous strength and some of them can use magic.
After being beaten up several times by the jottun I was finally able to reach the third tower. This tower was different, as it was better guarded and as I approached the Gadflow projection began to talk to me. After eliminating the soldiers, I took advantage of the moment and just before shutting down the tower I sent a message to the supposed king telling him that his days were numbered.
With the towers destroyed, I returned to the Mound to meet Cydan. The fae was eagerly waiting to congratulate me on my feat, and as promised, he showed me a passage through which I could cross all enemy territory undetected.
On my way to the passage of shadows I encountered a formidable enemy whose damage and defense were comparable to mine. Unfortunately, despite the good fight he put up, fate played a trick on him and when he died he was left in a somewhat unseemly pose 😅.
When I finally reach the passageway there waiting for me were Cydan and Alin Shir ready to cross to the other side with me. But that will have to wait, as we'll leave it here for today. To be continued...

Wow, you definitely fought a very intense battle, I can't wait to see what happens next!
I've been noticing your posts about this game that seems really good. But I guess the photos doesn't suit well with the concept of our community as you can see,
I believe this post would suit well in Hive Gaming.
Now I suggest you to
Thanks.
Ok. Thank you very much for the suggestions and clarifications.
You're welcome
What good screenshots Brother, this game is very epic and I really like the fighting styles that have different types of weapons, maybe it would be better if they put more weapons but I guess with mods would be different.
I would have also liked to see more types of weapons included. A clear example of a weapon I would like to have in the game would be a spear.
