Laundry Problem 💔 Daily Blog 23/09/21

Today, after an exhausting bike ride, I decided to do my laundry after a nice bike ride. I rode about 7.8 Km which is a new record for me and I did it in 30 minutes.

While I was sweaty I picked and hand-washed my shirts and a trouser that I used to bike and were dirty. I looked into my cloth basket and I saw my hoodie I had been putting backwashing for some days so I took it and scanned my eyes through to just to see a faded mark right at the top of the pockets.

At first, I thought it was something I could just get rid of with some water, I guess I thought it was dust or something like that. After rubbing some water on it it became clear that this stain was not going away. That's when the bleach in the basket with the hoodie became a reason to blame myself.

It hurt really bad cause the hoodie cost me $8 and I had just recently got it...I loved it too. Knowing it was my fault made me understand what I had to do to prevent it from happening. So I moved the bleach to the basket I usually kept with detergents.

I still plan on using the hoodie anyway till I can replace it cause luckily it's not a big mark it left...I later got to find out that there was another on don't the neck area of the hoodie.

After that, I went to the market to buy groceries.

I hate and love bleach. I like its smell, but not its effect on clothes: no matter how careless it is, it always leaves an irreparable stain. I'm so sorry!
