Security is everything in finance

Security is one the most important aspects of finance and if not the important aspects because anything finance comes with good side and bad side and the bad side has always been people trying so hard everyday to steal your hard earned money, the sad story is that people still fall victim to all these thieves after so many security level or sometimes the system itself is breached. The recent one happened to a brother on leo @belemo

I remember when I joined steem in 2018, most of the post back then was always talking about security, don't follow any link,don't post your private key in any site and I think that was why steemsigner was created to protect the keys and that has been a great improvement.

they are not doing enough

I remember a friend of mine @marvinix that his bank account got hacked and he immediately went to the bank to Lodge a complaint but the money was not traceable and til now nothing was done about it and that was how he lose a lot of money here in Nigeria without been careless with any of his security keys. The bank security system was breached and no refund till now

How can you worth thousands of Dollars yesterday and you wake up with nothing in your bank account or in your crypto wallet because the security of the bank or wallet has been breached. I think some projects and some banks are really not doing enough on their security levels, which is very bad and people are losing money on daily basis.

it our carelessness

My experience was in 2018 when I got some amount of BTC in my binance wallet though I did not put any security measures apart from my password and the codee I do receive in my Gmail, I woke up the following day all my BTC was gone.i later did research and I realized I should have leave my btc on an exchange.

I think security should be a priority because I was Careless with my funds I did not take security seriously and it cost me and I'm very sure it has caused some other people too for being careless. Money is not something to joke with it and carelessness of any form is not allowed.

they should amend so that we can amend

I think financial organisation, crypto projects, and some other company that hold our fund should amend by making it compulsory for all of their users to have maximum security in their wallet and if you have half security in your wallet you should not be allowed to make transactions, irrespective of how little their funds are they should have full security,banks protect customers with higher funds and prioritise them.

I think there should be a notification always on how important your security is important to you and the consequences of you not protecting your account well because sometimes so we tend to forget the importance.

Conclusion

I think any Project that doesn't have a good security system should not be considered at all or invested in. because at the end of the day you will be the one that will lose your hard earn money and the project will continue. Security should be the priority and must be taken seriously all the time.
