• 120 gr cornstarch

In a bowl place the butter (room temperature) and beat with a mixer until creamy.

Then add the sugar and continue beating.

Add vanilla and the egg and continue beating.

Add flour, cornstarch and pinch of salt. We beat until everything is united !

Put this mixture into a piping bag with a 1M nozzle (you can use the nozzle or doughnut of your choice).

In a silicone blanket we place the mixture.

Ingredientes:

• 150 gr de mantequilla sin sal
• 200 gr de azúcar
• 1 cada de esencia de vainilla
• 1 huevo
• 120 gr de maicena
• una pizca de sal
• Chispas de colores para decorar

En un envase colocamos la mantequilla (temperatura ambiente) y batimos con la batidora hasta cremarla.

Luego agregamos la azúcar y seguimos batiendo.

Agregamos vainilla y el huevo sin dejar de batir.

Agregamos la harina, la maicena y la pizca de sal. Batimos hasta unir todo !

Y nos quede una mezcla así

Llevamos está mezcla a una manga pastelera con una boquilla 1M (puede usar la boquilla o duya de su gusto)

En una manta de silicón colocamos la mezcla.
