Splinterlands Diary 06.02.22 - Chaos Legion Pack

Hey friends, today I'm playing in a Gold III league and I got some potions, some DECs and a Chaos Legion Pack for the daily quest!

Naturally I opened it up and it turned out to contain some very useful cards - Obsidian summoner, neutral fighter Xenith Monk, and my favorite "wall" of Death deck - Riftwing.

Those last two cards were very useful, so I raised them to level 2 and decided to try out some strategies with Obsidian, which is also level 2 (which is pretty low for Golden League play).

So, the ability of this summoner is to enhance magical attacks, so for this fight I used a maximum of mage cards:

• Mycelic Splispawn, which distracts ranged attacks,
• Goblin Psychic, which heals my card in the first position,
• Centauri Mage, reflecting damage from archers,
• Prismatic Energy, reflecting magical damage

Flesh Golem was the deterrent, and Sand Worm was the rear attacker.

Luckily the enemy staked on melee attacks, augmented by Demented Shark, but my soldiers performed well and the battle went off without any losses on my part, even though the enemy had a level 3 summoner! Watch:

Tonight I'll continue to increase my PIZZA:DEC pool, buy some SPT and continue my way to the Diamond League :)
