Yes meat is good and is protenus, everybody love to eat meat, some can not eat if they dont see meat on their food.
Meat is good for adults and children of age 5 and above, but if any old person is eating meat at the age of 60 above.
The meat in no longer working for him or her, what he needs is fish and maybe some Bush meat.

Ooh is that lamb! I miss eating lamb. I used to eat it all the time in my home Australia, but it is so hard to find here in Canada where I now live.
