Experiences in a New Venture.

A few months ago I told you about a new project or rather venture that my husband and I started selling empanadas on weekends at night from home.

Thanks to God and the Virgin we have obtained good results with sales, we are not only open on weekends but we are also working on weekdays but only by orders.

At the request of the customers that have been growing we integrated to the menu pastries and this left me surprised that I liked them so much that almost no empanadas are sold, everyone wants to eat pastries especially chicken, also the sweet arepitas.

Experiencias en Nuevo Emprendimiento.

Hace y unos meses les conté de un nuevo proyecto o mejor dicho emprendimiento que iniciamos mi esposo y yo de venta de empanadas los fines de semana en las noches desde la casa.

Gracias a dios y a la virgen hemos obtenidos buenos resultados con las ventas, ya no solo abrimos los fines de semana también estamos trabajando los días de semana pero solo por encargos.

A Petición de los clientes que han ido creciendo integramos al menú pastelitos y esto me dejo sorprendida que gustaron tanto que casi no se vende empanadas todos quieren es comer pastelitos especialmente de pollo, también las arepitas dulce.

En cuanto a las bebidas ya las maltas pasaron a segundo plano en cuanto a bebida la sensación es el refresco.

A medida que pasa el tiempo me he dado cuenta que como dice el dicho, la práctica hace al maestro, con esto quiero decir que por mucho que sepamos hacer algo si no lo practicamos constantemente no nos queda bien.

Al principio mis manos quedaban todas quemadas, incluso todavía tengo marcas que aún no han cicatrizado, también puedo observar que en caso de los pastelitos cada día me quedan más bonitos yo misma los amaso y los estiro.

Empecé hacerlos redondo como las empanadas, pero no me quedaban del mismo tamaño así que empecé hacerlos cuadrados y obtuve mejor resultado.

Y como hemos creciendo poco a poco hemos empezado adquirir equipos que nos facilitan el trabajo, como la vitrina calentadora que me permite ir haciendo y dejándole suficiente a mi esposo para que despache mientras estoy en la cocina.

And also a good blender to make the sauces, because before I had to crush the garlic separately because the blender I had did not crush them well, and so little by little we hope to continue growing and improving all this in the name of God.

Y también una buena licuadora para hacer las salsas, pues antes tenía que pisar el ajo aparte porque la licuadora que tenía no los trituraba bien, y así poco a poco esperamos seguir creciendo y mejorando todo esto en nombre de dios.
