Edition 1 # Blogging Challenge: Day 9: Best trip of a lifetime.
Good evening, the most awaited weekend has arrived, days of rest but also days to do many little things that during the week due to busy schedules can not be done.
But today the first thing I decided to do was to answer my question number 9, as you may have noticed I am very judicious answering and I hope to continue this way until I complete it.
The question of the day is about the best trip of my life and although without a doubt I had the opportunity to make several small trips for me the most desired and expected was to go to Santa Elena de Uairen.
Every year with my parents and siblings we traveled in August to Santa Elena a small but beautiful town to visit my paternal grandfather, and for me it was an incredible trip and I waited all year to repeat it because it was not only to arrive but we enjoyed the whole journey.
We went in our own car and we made stops in each place, the first and it was almost obligatory was in the stone of the Virgin, a beautiful place where we rested and we took advantage of eating to continue with the long road and we went straight to the Gran Sabana.
The next stop was at Salto Kama, a spectacular place where tourists come to camp, it has some very famous rapids and an impressive waterfall, we continued and then we got to the Quebrada de Jaspe, another beauty that is characterized by its red stone ravines.
From there we continued to the town of Santa Elena, we went visiting my dad's childhood friends and you arrived at my grandfather's house and that's where the fun began, as it was small town we walked around it, we did all kinds of shopping and every day we crossed the border to have lunch at the famous churrascos on the Brazil line.
Sadly my grandfather died 9 years ago and from that moment the annual adventure ended, but I do not lose hope to go there again.

Buenas noches, llego el más esperado fin de semana días de descanso pero también de hacer muchas cositas que durante la semana por cuestión de ocupaciones no se puede hacer.
Pero hoy lo primero que decidí hacer fue darle respuesta a mi pregunta número 9, como se han podido dar cuenta voy muy juiciosa respondiendo y espero seguir así hasta completarlo.
La pregunta del día se trata del mejor viaje de la vida y aunque sin duda estuve la oportunidad de hacer varios viajes pequeña para mi es más anhelado y esperado era ir a Santa Elena de Uairen.
Todos los años junto con mis padres y hermanos viajamos en agosto a Santa Elena un pueblo pequeño pero hermoso para vistar a mi abuelo paterno, y para mí era un viaje increíble y esperaba todo el año para repetirlo porque no solo era llegar sino que disfrutábamos de toda la travesía.
Nos íbamos en carro propio y hacíamos paradas en cada sitio la primera y era casi que obligatoria era en la piedra de la Virgen un lugar precioso donde descansábamos y aprovechamos comer para seguir con el largo camino y seguíamos directo a la Gran Sabana.
Hay las parada siguiente era en el Salto Kama, un lugar espectacular donde los turistas llegan a campar tiene unos rápidos que son muy famosos además de una impresionante cascada, seguíamos y luego nos conseguíamos con la Quebrada de Jaspe otra belleza que se caracteriza por sus quebradas de piedras rojas.
De ahí seguíamos hasta el pueblo de Santa Elena, pasamos visitando los amigos de infancia de mi papá y llegabas a casa de mi abuelo era hay donde empezaba la diversión, como era pequeño el pueblo lo recorríamos caminando hacíamos compras de todo tipo y todos los dias cruzábamos la frontera para almorzar los famosos churrascos en la línea Brasil.
Hay se encontraba todo tipo de artesanía y negocios donde se podía comprar lo que se quería aparte que eran otros tiempos, tristemente mi abuelo murió hace 9 años y de ese momento la aventura anual termino, pero no pierdo la esperanza de volver a ir.
