Concrete is taking over & Actifit Report Card: July 5 2022
In this doomed country like in many other countries as well probably, concrete is winning the fight against trees and other green spaces. To tell you the truth I'm still amazed that they didn't cut the trees altogether because they are on the way of the footpath or the parking space they want to build there.
The roots of the trees are damaged by the digging done and the concrete curbs are placed so close to that tree, imagine how little rain water they'll be able to get after all the work is done...

I often wondered the same my friend....... I have seen this so many times in the city, the trees must struggle for water especially in the hot summer! Nice to see your post on Hive, and congratulations on your 9K @actifit step day!

A short while after I wrote that comment I saw you on Discord talking to someone but we did not intersect, we were talking to different people there. I've also got some bad news, brain cells do not regenerate, you are stuck with a number that only counts downwards. 🙃
