Ah, cool! I was wondering because they look more effective than the cheap bands I got at CVS. Buuuut if they aren't for nausea then hmmmm. Are they effective at reducing inflammation? Mayhaps I wouldn't have so many stomach problems if I had less inflammation overall.

They're for targeted local inflammation where you're wearing them, so, I've had tendonitis issues in my wrists since I was a teenager, and they keep the swelling down so it doesn't hurt all the time. But it wouldn't be like, whole-body inflammation fighting.
I've tried some anti-nausea bands before for motion sickness and they really worked for me, they were basically like some 80s sweatband type material with a big plastic bead that pressed on the pressure point. But I never tried them for nausea at other times, that's an interesting thought since I have such little tolerance for it. I had what was labeled as "IBS" problems for years, which turned out to really be food allergies. So you might want to consider getting some allergy testing, if that's available to you! I would have never thought that digestive issues = allergies, but with some foods, for me it for sure is. I'm actually dealing with that this morning myself so you have my empathy.
