Como les he comentado en muchas oportunidades mi hijo Matthias es un niño muy ocurrente y amante de Hive, que esta muy al pendiente de cada una de mis publicaciones, de las cuales siempre quiere ser el protagonista; hace días me comento que quería ayudarme a preparar algo que fuera rico y a la vez divertido, me dijo que el tenia una idea y yo lo debía ayudar; mi esposa siempre dice que yo sigo las ocurrencias de mi hijo y nos sale algo bueno, así que no lo pensé y nos pusimos a cocinar.

Hace mucho aprendí hacer el dibujo de un puerco con letras y se lo enseñe a Matthias, de allí nació su idea de esta receta; sacamos unas salchichas, papas, tomates, cebolla y aguacate, ahora a cocinar.

Lo primero que hicimos fue cortar las salchichas e hicimos las letras E, M, S, W, (2 letras de esta ultima), así mismo cortamos varias tiritas para armar el cuerpo del puerquito. Las unimos y armamos el cerdo, para ir probando como iba quedando y luego las freí; por otra parte cocine las papas e hicimos un rico puré; por ultimo picamos en pequeños cuadritos la cebolla, los tomates y el aguacate para la guacamole, le coloque sal y limos para dar ese toque especial.

Ya con todos los contornos de nuestro plato, Matthias armo el puerquito con las salchichas y fuimos rellenando con el puré con mucho cuidado de no salirnos, ya relleno todo le colocamos el ojo; la guacamole la utilizamos para hacer una especie de grama, pero Matthias decía que faltaban las nubes para hacer el paisaje así que se me ocurrió cortar pequeños trozos de pan y así dar el toque final a nuestra obra de arte.

Once we had all the contours of our plate, Matthias assembled the puerquito with the sausages and we filled it with the puree being very careful not to get out of it, once everything was filled we placed the eye; we used the guacamole to make a kind of grass, but Matthias said that the clouds were missing to make the landscape so it occurred to me to cut small pieces of bread and thus give the final touch to our work of art.

Me pareció muy interesante la combinación de sabores y quede satisfecho con el resultado final, ni contar lo emocionado que se mostró Mathhias al ver su plato ya terminado; me gusta mucho ser cómplice de mi hijo para hacer sus creaciones y como siempre digo, mis hijos cuentan conmigo para hacer sus sueños realidad, siempre y cuando estén a mi alcance y sea para algo bueno, esto me ha permitido ser gran amigo de mi hijo y me siento muy feliz de que comparta mi pasión por la cocina; a mi parecer esta es una forma muy practica de hacer que nuestros pequeños coman algunas de las cosas que no les gusten.
