Walking Into My Friend’s Blooming Garden: A Colorful World of Roses, Orchids, Baby’s Breath, and Gumamela That Captured My Heart

There is a common saying that when someone has many flowers around their home, that person must be friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. I am not sure if this is always true, but when I visited my friend’s home, I somehow understood why people say this. Her yard is filled with beautiful flowering plants, and seeing them immediately made me feel happy.

One of the first flowers that get my attention was her collection of roses. She has roses in different colors, including white, red, pink, and other lovely shades. They are very beautiful to look at, especially because they are planted in front of their house. The colorful roses make their home look more welcoming and lively.

She also has baby’s breath flowers in white and lavender. These tiny flowers may look simple, but they are very charming and relaxing to see. I especially liked how delicate they looked in her garden. I even thought that these flowers would be perfect for church offerings and decorations. Since flowers are always used in church, having them in the garden can be very useful whenever there is a special celebration or Mass.

Around the garden, I also noticed several beautiful orchids. They were growing well and added more beauty to the surroundings. I can really say that my friend is good at taking care of flowering plants. It seems that her plants are very happy in her care because they continue to grow and bloom beautifully.

Another flower that really caught my attention was her gumamela. Among the different colors, the yellow gumamela was my favorite. Its bright color was very attractive and made the garden look even more cheerful.

Having a beautiful flower garden is not as easy as it looks. Plants need time, patience, and regular care. When the weather is hot, they need enough water. They also need sunlight, healthy soil, cleaning, and attention. There is really no shortcut to gardening. Beautiful flowers are the result of continuous care and love.

That is why I am amazed by my friend. Her garden is not only full of colorful flowers but also a reflection of her patience and love for plants.

Maybe flowers really can tell something about the person who takes care of them. In my friend’s garden, I see beauty, patience, happiness, and love for simple things.
