Hive representa mi presente y futuro, formar parte de su ecosistema me ha permitido dar apertura a un mundo donde todo es posible y lo más importante: socializar con su bella gente. Mi eslogan #aquisehablahive.

Gente bella de #LovingHive, levanto mi copa para brindar por sus 3 años de vida en esta espectacular Blockchain de Hive, junto a #rutablockchain, deseo que todos sus proyectos se hagan realidad, augurándoles que sean exitosos y que el universo los siga premiando y bendiciendo.
Mi ingreso a Hive fue en enero de 2022, ya cumplí un año y soy un pecesito, navegando en un ecosistema donde todos nos nutrimos en esta espectacular Colmena, es una constante retroalimentación. La tecnología, los medios de comunicación han dado pasos agigantados, la era tecnológica entro para quedarse, ya no hay vuelta atrás.
Por ende, debemos apuntalar a estar a la vanguardia de esta.
Particularmente siempre trabajé con estaciones de trabajo, por el tipo de trabajo que ejecutaba—Administradora de proyectos y control de contratos, ejecutando proyectos a través de empresas de Consultoría para la Industria Petrolera en Venezuela—, para mí ya era una ventaja no tenerle miedo al teclado ni a la computadora, mucho menos al ratón.
En mi trayecto por este ecosistema, he aprendido que no debemos cerrar la mente a cosas nuevas, hay que romper paradigmas, esquemas obsoletos, que lo que hacen es poner trabas al desarrollo que se pueda lograr en esta nueva etapa que estamos viviendo como sociedad.
Soy de las que apuesto a la web3, donde los procesos serán menos engorrosos, y más expeditos. Por eso invito a todos los que tengan la posibilidad de migrar a la web 3, lo hagan con confianza, sin dudas ni miedos, con la fe y esperanza puesta de que estamos apostando a la posibilidad de vivir en un mundo mejor, y saber que existen personas laborando día a día para que esto sea una realidad.

My entry to Hive was in January 2022, I already turned one year old and I am a little fish, navigating in an ecosystem where we all nurture each other in this spectacular Hive, it is a constant feedback. Technology and the media have taken giant steps forward, the technological era is here to stay, there is no turning back.
Therefore, we must strive to be at the forefront of it.
Particularly, I always worked with workstations, because of the type of work I was doing - project manager and contract control, executing projects through consulting companies for the oil industry in Venezuela - for me it was already an advantage not to be afraid of the keyboard or the computer, much less the mouse.
In my journey through this ecosystem, I have learned that we must not close our minds to new things, we must break paradigms, obsolete schemes, which only hinder the development that can be achieved in this new stage we are living as a society.
I am one of those who bet on the web3, where the processes will be less cumbersome and more expeditious. That is why I invite all those who have the possibility of migrating to web 3, to do it with confidence, without doubts or fears, with the faith and hope that we are betting on the possibility of living in a better world, and knowing that there are people working every day to make this a reality.

A ellos mi mayor agradecimiento, porque han abierto una puerta al mundo, para que los que quieran ingresar a ella lo hagan bajo la perspectiva de mayor seguridad, confianza, que la información que manejamos como creadores de contenido esté resguardada, blindada.
Estar y hacer vida en esta blockchain me ha permitido crecer como persona, he conocido gente extraordinaria, con dones tan hermosos, voces tan aterciopeladas que me han permitido tener colirio para mis oídos, entre otras cosas hermosas, me he nutrido de conocimiento desde muchos ámbitos.
Tener una ventana abierta disponible las 24 horas del día para que en el momento que lo desee, me adentre en ese bello mundo de Hive. Leer y conocer parte de las experiencias de otras personas, mundos que a veces sabemos que existen, pero que sencillamente no les habría prestado la debida atención, no porque no quisiera, sino por falta de tiempo.
Me encanta interactuar en la plataforma, un blog llevando a otro, algunos escritos han llegado a mi corazón y lo han puesto a saltar de alegría, melancolía, emociones y sentimientos, me han erizado la piel, que solo un ser humano puede llegar a hacer sentir a otro ser humano.
Cuando mis dedos se deslizan por el teclado para hacer algún comentario positivo, nutritivo, con palabras de aliento, creativo, con respeto y constructivo, de reconocimiento a ese otro Hiver que se tomó el tiempo para escribir algo para nosotros, eso es grande, para mí es valioso y lo valoro, eso nutre mi alma.

Being and making life in this blockchain has allowed me to grow as a person, I have met extraordinary people, with such beautiful gifts, such velvety voices that have allowed me to have eye drops for my ears, among other beautiful things, I have been nourished with knowledge from many areas.
Having an open window available 24 hours a day so that whenever I want, I can enter the beautiful world of Hive. Reading and knowing part of the experiences of other people, worlds that sometimes we know exist, but simply would not have paid due attention to them, not because I did not want to, but for lack of time.
I love interacting on the platform, one blog leading to another, some writings have reached my heart and have made it jump with joy, melancholy, emotions and feelings, they have made my skin crawl, that only a human being can make another human being feel.
When my fingers glide across the keyboard to make some positive, nourishing comment, with words of encouragement, creative, respectful and constructive, of recognition to that other Hiver who took the time to write something for us, that is great, for me it is valuable and I value it, that nourishes my soul.

Cuando leo y veo Hivers que son escogidos por sus bellos post, celebro sus logros y bendigo el bien. Agradezco y valoro todos los comentarios que he recibido con mucho cariño por mis escritos, a menudo intento responder a ellos. Ya que así como me gusta que me tomen en cuenta, para mí es de mucho valor que alguien tome su tiempo, para dedicarme tiempo.
Hay algo que me fascina de esta blockchain y es que puedo entrar a la hora que sea los 365 días del año y con la mejor disposición para pasar un rato agradable, únicamente me preparo un delicioso café y como no existen horarios establecidos para visitar los blogs, me preparo a disfrutar, votar y comentar de todos los que pueda.
Les cuento al principio me costaba publicar en la madrugada, es que venimos de patrones establecidos que a veces son difíciles de romper, pero nunca imposible. Si tengo que cambiar de hábitos para adaptarme a cosas nuevas productivas, pues lo haré. Después me habitué a escribir en horas de la noche, más aún que existen días que son más calurosos que otros y eso es muy desgastante.
Se supone que para sacar nuestra parte creativa hay que estar relajada y feliz. Me siento más cómoda el trabajar desde la PC más que desde el teléfono. Me gusta participar en iniciativas, ya que allí existe mayor probabilidad de conocer más Hivers e interactuar con ellos.
Me fascina el Discord, allí es donde convergen muchos Hivers para participar en labores educativas, participando también en programas haciendo vida en ese espacio con mucha alegría, respeto y fraternidad. Las Comunidades realizan eventos e iniciativas tan interesantes, wuao, que a veces necesito tener 48 horas al día para poder visitarlas y apoyarlas haciendo comunidad. En la medida que puedo lo hago.
When I read and see Hivers who are chosen for their beautiful posts, I celebrate their accomplishments and bless the good. I appreciate and value all the comments I have received with much affection for my writings, I often try to respond to them. Because just as I like to be taken into account, it is of great value to me that someone takes the time to dedicate time to me.
There is something that fascinates me about this blockchain and is that I can enter at any time 365 days a year and with the best disposition to spend a pleasant time, I just prepare myself a delicious coffee and as there are no set times to visit the blogs, I get ready to enjoy, vote and comment on as many as I can.
I tell you at the beginning it was hard for me to post in the early morning, we come from established patterns that sometimes are difficult to break, but never impossible. If I have to change my habits to adapt to new productive things, I will do it. Then I got used to writing at night, even more so because there are days that are hotter than others and that is very tiring.
To bring out our creative side we are supposed to be relaxed and happy. I feel more comfortable working from the PC rather than from the phone. I like to participate in initiatives, because there is a better chance to meet more Hivers and interact with them.
I love the Discord, that is where many Hivers converge to participate in educational work, also participating in programs making life in that space with a lot of joy, respect and fraternity. The Communities carry out events and initiatives so interesting, wuao, that sometimes I need to have 48 hours a day to be able to visit them and support them making community. As much as I can, I do it.

Gente bella de #lovinghive y #rutablockchain, jamás imaginé estar haciendo vida en una blockchain como Hive, hace años eso hubiese sido una utopía, hoy es una realidad. Invito a todos los que están incursionando en este ecosistema, nunca perder el norte, ser cada día mejores creadores de contenido, el ser honestos, aprender a escuchar, y hacer todo desde el corazón, ser empáticos y dar siempre lo mejor.
Hacerse eco de todo lo que #Hive nos brinda, existe un abanico de oportunidades tanto en lo personal, como en lo económico, lo cual debemos saber aprovechar para ser cada día mejores personas. El futuro está aquí. Y como el tiempo es oro, el ser humano necesita hacer sus transacciones o procesos administrativos de forma más expedita. Sin tener que transitar por muchos formatos o protocolos para llegar a un punto determinado.
Es por ello que la mano del hombre labora horas hombres día a día, enteras para diseñar los mecanismos que permitan que el usuario tenga confianza y seguridad en los procesos. La información estaría blindada, es descentralizada, no existen mandantes sobre esta, trabajan en cadena de bloques. Te invito a apostar por la web 3 y creer en ella, ya que es el futuro de la era tecnológica.
El ser humano necesita socializar para no volverse loco ante los problemas cotidianos que tiene que enfrentar, Hive me ha servido de trampolín para conocer personas, de diferentes partes, tanto de forma virtual como personal, como es el caso de mi amiga @angelica7, gracias por tu gran apoyo y amistad. A @sacra97 y a @marybellrg por haberme motivado, impulsado y apoyado a pertenecer a esta gran familia, a estar aquí, al lado de mi hermana @mafalda2018. Ella ha sido mi gran apoyo.
El participar a nivel virtual con los Hivers cuando se realizó el Meetup Hive Creators Awards y recibir mi invitación por twitter la verdad, eso no tiene parangón en la historia, ese fue un plus espectacular, me sentí que estaba en la alfombra roja, un evento con prestancia.

También asistí el día 22 de mayo de este año en el evento #Bitcoinpizzaday, en la ciudad de Cumaná, Estado Sucre –Venezuela, en honor a la primera transacción con criptomonedas, con el objetivo de promover la adopción tecnológica de la blockchain. Este evento fue realizado en Yakuza Sushi restaurant , el plato principal fueron unas deliciosas pizzas, las cuales fueron pagadas con nuestro tokens HBD, gracias al gran equipo de #hivesucre y la criptoadopción en muchos establecimientos. Allí tuve la oportunidad de conocer y compartir con los chicos chéveres de la bella Comunidad de #hivesucre. Pase un rato superameno, junto a la compañía de mi hermana @mafalda2018, de @wendyth16 y muchos otros más y hasta un obsequio me gane. Ser testigo de cómo Hive se ha posicionado en la ciudadanía en una forma vertiginosa, se traduce en que muchos Hivers están haciendo un trabajo enaltecedor, tratando de llevarlo a todos los rincones del planeta, en nuestra bella Venezuela y en especial en el Estado Sucre.
