Es emocionante conquistar las metas [ESP-ENG]
Gente bella de encuentro de #talento , gracias por traer temas tan interesantes, para desarrollar contenidos de calidad. Cuando se logran conquistar, las metas sean propias o inspiradas por otros, derivado de la motivación, importancia, bienestar, del trabajo y el amor que se coloque al ejecutarlas. Eso da una sensación de alegría, una satisfacción tal, que a veces nos admiramos de poder haberlas alcanzado.
Algunas veces las metas vienen dadas desde la parte exterior—cuando alguien ajeno a nosotros las determina—o desde la parte interior —cuando son intrínsecas—, desde cualquier ángulo, a la larga deriva en nuestro bienestar y alegría al alcanzar o haber conquistado la meta deseada, la mayoría son monetizadas, algunas no, pero, aun así, vale la pena trabajar por estas.
Érase una vez, por allá, por el año de 1992, laboré para una empresa de reconocida trayectoria bancaria en mi bella Venezuela, tenían por costumbre plantear metas para captación de nuevos clientes a corto y mediano plazo, las mismas si eran alcanzadas derivaban de bonos adicionales a nuestro sueldo.
Esta empresa bancaria, además de los productos financieros cotidianos que ofrecían las entidades bancarias, esta coloco para ese momento en su cartera de producto una serie de atractivos, como carpetas personalizadas, bolígrafos, entre otros.

When you manage to conquer goals, whether they are your own or inspired by others, derived from the motivation, importance, welfare, work and love that is placed to execute them. That gives a feeling of joy, such a satisfaction, that sometimes we admire ourselves for having achieved them.
Sometimes the goals come from the outside -when someone outside of us determines them- or from the inside -when they are intrinsic-, from any angle, in the long run they derive in our wellbeing and joy when reaching or having conquered the desired goal, most of them are monetized, some are not, but, even so, it is worth working for them.
Once upon a time, back in 1992, I worked for a well-known banking company in my beautiful Venezuela. They used to set goals for attracting new clients in the short and medium term, and if they were achieved, they would give us bonuses in addition to our salary.
This banking company, in addition to the daily financial products offered by banks, placed in its product portfolio at that time a series of attractive products, such as personalized folders, pens, among others.

Los cuales una vez el cliente colocaba cierta cantidad de dinero en ese instrumento fiduciario en específico, cuyo monto mínimo a colocar era de Cien Mil Bolívares (Bs. 100.000,00), inmediatamente se hacía acreedor de ese beneficio-obsequio, el cual era personalizado.
Rememoro, mi estancia en esa empresa y fue uno de mis tantos logros. Recuerdo que colocaron las metas del mes, para ese entonces era de un millón de bolívares (Bs. 1.000.000,00) —en esa época representó mucho dinero—. En esa oportunidad, conquisté mi meta —siempre me he caracterizado por tener mente positiva y decretar el bien—.
Cerca de la oficina, —no tuve vehículo—hicieron vida algunas empresas y me dispuse a visitar, caminé más que un loco—así suelen decir en mi bella Venezuela— ubiqué clientes pequeños, medianos y potenciales, —en mi vida caminé tanto—. Visité una tipografia—mi primer cliente, aún lo recuerdo y me emociono—.
Mostré el carnet que me acreditaba como representante de la institución, con personas muy amables, después de convencer al Sr. Reyes, dueño de la tipografía, me gané su confianza, se dispuso adquirir el instrumento fiduciario que se promocionó—el cual pagaban el interés más alto, para ese entonces—.
Once the client placed a certain amount of money in that specific fiduciary instrument, whose minimum amount to be placed was one hundred thousand Bolivars (Bs. 100,000.00), he was immediately entitled to that benefit-gift, which was personalized.
I remember my stay in that company and it was one of my many achievements. I remember that they set the goals for the month, at that time it was one million bolivars (Bs. 1,000,000.00) -at that time it represented a lot of money-. In that opportunity, I conquered my goal -I have always been characterized for having a positive mind and decreeing the good-.
Near the office -I did not have a vehicle- some companies came to life and I set out to visit, I walked more than a madman -that is what they say in my beautiful Venezuela- I located small, medium and potential clients -I have never walked so much in my life-. I visited a printing company -my first client, I still remember it and I get excited-.
I showed the card that accredited me as a representative of the institution, with very kind people, after convincing Mr. Reyes, owner of the typography, I gained his trust, he was willing to acquire the trust instrument that was promoted-which paid the highest interest, at that time-.

El Sr. Reyes, me entregó un cheque de Un Millón de Bolívares (Bs. 1.000.000,00), me emocioné mucho, sentí que el ❤️ se me salió, ya que con únicamente un cliente recaudé el monto que los de la empresa proyectaron para alcanzar la meta del mes. Lo conquisté 😉.
En esa entidad bancaria en la cual labore, particularmente el trato hacia el cliente era personalizado, se le llevaban algunos servicios directo a sus oficinas, como las chequeras, libretas de ahorro, fondos a plazo fijo, entre otros.
Lo más importante de todo lo antes expuesto, era crear en el cliente la confianza y honradez del cuerpo de asesores que les prestamos el servicio. Obtuvimos un clima sano y una simbiosis de familiaridad entre cliente-asesor-entidad de tal magnitud, que llegaron a gestarse grandes amistades, basados en el respeto.
Éramos un equipo y algunos nos ayudamos, algunas veces sobrepasamos las metas y al final el deposito en cuenta de la nómina, por haberlas alcanzado era muy beneficioso, y nos trajimos alegría y satisfacción.

In that banking entity in which I worked, the treatment towards the client was particularly personalized, some services were taken directly to their offices, such as checkbooks, savings books, fixed term funds, among others.
The most important of all of the above, was to create in the client the trust and honesty of the body of advisors that provided the service. We obtained a healthy atmosphere and a symbiosis of familiarity between client-advisor-entity of such magnitude, that great friendships were developed, based on respect.
We were a team and some of us helped each other, sometimes we surpassed the goals and at the end the deposit in the payroll account for having reached them was very beneficial, and we brought us joy and satisfaction.

De esa manera compré mi 🏡, adquirí muchas cosas, ayudé a mis padres, hermanos y a tener una mejor calidad de vida, el dinero rendía impresionantemente. Eso es basado, en nuestro trabajo, en ser responsables y saber que cuando nos representamos a nosotros mismos y más aún a una empresa, debemos dar el todo por el todo para que las cosas salgan bien y en esa misma manera poder conquistar las metas.
Evidentemente que cuando hacemos las cosas con amor, responsabilidad y respeto, Dios nos devuelve con creces todo lo que hagamos, por ende, eso a su vez me ayudó a cumplir mis metas y la de algunos de mis compañeros, cuando a alguno le faltaba completar la meta, se ayudaba con algún cliente.
Gente bella de #hive y #emotions&feeling, hace tiempo atrás, existía en el mercado bancario nacional un abanico de entidades financieras, estas tenían que buscar atractivos de cómo hacer llegar a sus puertas más clientes, debido a la demanda de entidades bancarias. Se pagaron unos intereses asombrosos en los instrumentos financieros, sobre todo en las mesas de dinero —.
Para cumplir las metas de las cuales hemos aceptado participar el trabajo en equipo, el respeto, la confianza que aportemos será vital para el cumplimiento de las mismas. Sin nunca pensar en pasar por encima de nadie, esa será nuestra mayor conquista.

In that way I bought my 🏡, I acquired many things, I helped my parents, siblings and to have a better quality of life, the money yielded impressively. That is based, in our work, on being responsible and knowing that when we represent ourselves and even more so a company, we must give our all for everything so that things go well and in that same way we can conquer our goals.
Evidently, when we do things with love, responsibility and respect, God gives us back everything we do, therefore, that in turn helped me to achieve my goals and those of some of my colleagues, when someone was missing to complete the goal, he helped with a client.
Beautiful people of hive and emotions&feeling, some time ago, there was in the national banking market a range of financial entities, these had to look for attractive ways to get more clients to their doors, due to the demand of banking entities. Amazing interests were paid in financial instruments, especially in the money tables. -.
To achieve the goals in which we have agreed to participate, teamwork, respect, and the trust that we bring will be vital for the fulfillment of these goals. Without ever thinking of going over anyone's head, that will be our greatest conquest.

Así realmente era, si laborabas y le echabas pichón podías adquirir tus cosas, generalmente en diciembre hogares humildes podian hasta cambiar hasta algún aparato electrodoméstico, algunos se reparaban, los "turcos" —como se llamaban cariñosamente, te fiaban de todo— y el estreno del 24 y 31, era impelable y mi familia era de clase media. Espero en Dios que vengan tiempos mejores a los que se vivieron en los 90, y espero verlos con mis bellos 👁👁, Dios ha de premiarnos, somos un pueblo noble y su tiempo es perfecto.
