The week began with a very special visit from a friendly clown who is a member of the University of the Andes' puppet school and who has also visited many schools in various Latin American countries, spreading his joy and friendliness to children, bringing smiles to their faces, and leaving messages of value in each of them.

Angel enjoyed his performance, and for a very reasonable price, the teachers and representatives gave the children this fun morning, which marked the beginning of what would be Angel's last week of kindergarten.

The next day, they went from laughter and comedy to learning another art form, one of the things my son loves. They had a class full of music, where they were able to learn about different musical instruments, especially those used in marching bands, as part of their project called “Getting to Know La Mesa Parish, Mérida's Musical Town.” For Angel, it was like a dream. I have already told you about his passion for music and how he enjoys it. He dreams of having a trumpet and also a drum. One of his teachers belongs to a band, so it was easy for her to find all the instruments and also an opportunity to show the children some of her other talents, in addition to being an excellent teacher.

On Wednesday, they spent time with children from other sections, exchanged experiences, and had fun creating videos to remember their last days at this institution.

Thursday arrived, bringing with it another morning of fun. This past week was focused on pampering the little ones and creating pleasant moments with them. For this day, the teachers organized a picnic, where they had breakfast. Each child brought a little extra breakfast to share, a toy, and their favorite T-shirt. Angel chose his Vinotinto T-shirt. Any opportunity is a good opportunity for him to show how much he loves soccer, and if it were up to him, he would wear it every day.

Friday was not only the last day of school, but also represented the end of a stage in the children's lives, so they had a farewell party, where they also took the opportunity to celebrate Children's Day.

To share, they prepared hamburgers. Each child brought their own hamburger meat and contributed an extra ingredient, and in the classroom, they assembled them to the children's liking. My son rejected the eggs and mustard without a second thought, because he only likes scrambled eggs or omelets.

They received a lovely gift, and along with it, the teachers sent us a small gift for all the support we gave them during the school year. It was a beautiful gesture on their part.

But that's not all. When we went to pick him up, we were surprised to find that they had put on another T-shirt, a very special one, a T-shirt created with each of their little footprints. I thought this initiative was so cute, without a doubt a great memory, so we will remember all the children's names and their essence as time goes by.

But not quite yet, we still have the most important part to look forward to: her graduation ceremony is scheduled for next Tuesday, as well as her end-of-year outing and family gathering, so we still have a week full of excitement ahead of us before we can fully enjoy the holidays.

La semana comenzó con una visita muy especial, un simpático payaso miembro de la escuela de títeres de la Universidad de los Andes y que además ha recorrido muchas escuelas de varios países de Latinoamérica contagiando a los niños de su alegría y simpatía, regalando sonrisas pero también dejando mensajes de valor en cada uno de ellos.

Angel disfrutó su presentación y por un precio bastante accesible, las profesoras y representantes le regalaron esta mañana divertida a los niños, que marcó el inicio de lo que sería la última semana de clases de Angel en el jardín de infancia.

Al siguiente día, pasaron de las risas y la comedia, a aprender otra forma de arte, una de las cosas que a mi hijo le encantan, tuvieron una clase llena de música, donde pudieron conocer diversos instrumentos musicales, especialmente los que usan en las bandas show, esto como parte de su proyecto llamado, conociendo la parroquia la Mesa, pueblo musical de Mérida. Para Angel fue como un sueño. Ya les he comentado sobre su pasión por la música y de cómo la disfruta, sueña con tener una trompeta y también un tambor. Una de sus profesoras pertenece a una banda, así que fue fácil para ella encontrar todos los instrumentos y además una oportunidad de mostrarle a los niños otros de sus talentos, además de ser una excelente profesora.

El miércoles compartieron con los niños de las otras secciones, intercambiaron experiencias y se divirtieron creando videos para recordar sus últimos días en esta institución.

Llego el jueves y con él otra mañana de diversión y es que esta última semana estuvo enfocada en consentir a los pequeños y en crear gratos momentos con ellos, para este día las profesoras organizaron un pícnic, donde desayunaron, cada niño llevó un poco más de desayuno para compartir, un juguete y su franela favorita, Angel eligió la franela de la vinotinto. Cualquier oportunidad es buena para él demostrar lo mucho que le gusta el fútbol y si fuera por él, se la pondría todos los días.

El viernes no solo era el último día de clases, representaba para los niños, el final de una de sus etapas, así que tuvieron su fiesta de despedida, donde además aprovecharon de celebrar el día del niño.

Para compartir, prepararon hamburguesas. Cada niño llevó su carne de hamburguesa y colaboró con algún ingrediente extra y en el salón, la armaron a gusto del niño. Mi hijo descartó los huevos y la mostaza, sin pensarlo dos veces, es que a él solo le gustan los huevos revueltos o en tortilla.

Recibieron un lindo presente y, junto a él, las profes nos enviaron un regalito a nosotros, por todo el apoyo que le dimos durante el año escolar. Fue un hermoso detalle de su parte.

Pero, eso no es todo, cuando llegamos a buscarlo, nos encontramos con la sorpresa que tenían otra franela puesta, una muy especial, una franela creada con cada una de sus huellitas, me pareció tan linda esta iniciativa, sin duda, un gran recuerdo, así recordaremos todos los nombres de los niños y su esencia con el paso del tiempo.
