¿Cuántas veces te miras al espejo?

Nunca había pensado en cuantas veces me miro en el espejo y la verdad aún no las he contado, pero se que existen días en los cuales lo hago mas seguido que otros. Siendo sinceros el espejo es un objeto imprescindible en la vida de la mayoría de las mujeres, muchos dirán que aquellas personas que se miran en el espejo continuamente son vanidosas, o tal vez lo opuesto, son algo inseguras, yo pienso que ninguna de las dos, o tal vez un poco de ambas, pero es que en realidad no importa el número de veces que nos miramos al espejo, lo único importante es el concepto que tenemos acerca de nuestro propio reflejo.

Hagamos que ese espejo refleje lo mejor de ti, disfrutemos de nuestra imagen, sin pensar en esos estereotipos sociales que opaca muchas veces nuestra vida,que tu reflejo sobre el espejo sea como la luz de tu alma, única, radiante y excepcional. Disfruta de ti, habla contigo misma, llora de ser necesario, decreta frente a ti misma, el logro de tu metas, no importa si necesitas verte 10 o 100 veces, o si simplemente pasan días sin pararte frente a el, lo importante es que cada ves que veas tu reflejo, te diviertas y lo disfrutes al máximo.

How often do you look in the mirror

I've never thought about how many times I look in the mirror and I haven't really counted them yet, but I know there are days when I do it more often than others. To be honest the mirror is an indispensable object in the life of most women, many will say that those who look in the mirror continuously are vain, or perhaps the opposite, are somewhat insecure, I think that neither, or maybe a little of both, but it really does not matter the number of times we look in the mirror, the only important thing is the concept we have about our own reflection.

Let's make that mirror reflect the best of you, let's enjoy our image, without thinking about those social stereotypes that often overshadows our life, that your reflection on the mirror is like the light of your soul, unique, radiant and exceptional. Enjoy yourself, talk to yourself, cry if necessary, decree in front of yourself, the achievement of your goals, no matter if you need to see yourself 10 or 100 times, or if you just spend days without standing in front of it, the important thing is that every time you see your reflection, you have fun and enjoy it to the fullest.
