Celebration days
Celebration days
This week has been a week of celebration, when a member of your family achieves a goal, it is a reason for reunion, to thank, to share and enjoy. They have also been a little difficult for me, I have not been very well and I have had some mishaps, but well, that is part of life, the important thing is not to let those things overshadow such great moments as these.
One day after my sister-in-law received her nurse's insignia, an insignia that she would wear on her left shoulder, every time she wore her uniform, we went to her thanksgiving mass for this achievement. Being grateful is one of the things we should do every day, be grateful for all the achievements of our lives, for the good and for the bad, it will make us happier and do it as a family, it is something that has no price.
After the mass, we gathered at home and enjoyed a delicious soup, a Sancocho as they say in Venezuela, but because of so many problems I have with the phone, I could not take some pictures of this, but I will always remember this beautiful afternoon.
On Wednesday it was her graduation and while she was in her graduation act, accompanied by her mother and her brother (my husband), I prepared a small surprise for her. A vanilla cake covered in chocolate, I decorated the table with lights and the wall with a gold curtain, everything very simple, but it looked nice and everyone enjoyed a moment of joy.
I am happy to share these moments through @liketu, we will see each other soon, in a next post.
