A dessert is a good food to enjoy at the end of the meal or at an appropriate time of the day and I had this thought when I tasted the sweetness of the lunch at the end of a plate of risotto that I enjoyed very much in an elegant and it was in a Tirana neighborhood somewhere above the Albanian public radio and television, an area known for a long time as being in the capital. I am especially known for the clothes and the slightly high prices of the shops, but not so much for the cooking in the restaurant, which I must say is good along with the prices. The wine was also very good. That sweet juice or a little mayajosh that invites you to chat for hours at a table among your Romagnoli friends who enjoy whenever they come for the Albanian nature and the traditional dishes, especially the traditional ones. In fact, many Albanians who have been in Italy have worked in restaurants taking a profession in cooking and then came to their country and opened their own restaurant. People in Albania love Italian cuisine and who doesn't like this diverse cuisine. Italian lasagna ravioli tagliatelle are famous all over the world and now, in fact, for years, after the fall of communism, even Albanians enjoy them. Nje embelsire eshte nje ushqim i mire per ta shijuar ne fund te vaktit apo ne nje ore te pershtatshme te dites dhe une kete mendim pata kur shijova elbelsiren e drekes ne fund te nje pjate me risoto qe me shijoi shume ne nje lokal te elegant dhe te qete te nje lagjeje tiranase diku siper nga radio televizioni publik shqiptar zone e njohur prej kohesh si in ne kryeqytet. Ai leng i embel ose pak majahosh qe te fton te bisedosh per ore te tera ne nje tavoline mes miqve te tu romagnoli qe kenaqen sa here te vijne per natyren shqiptare njerezit dhe gatimet sidomos ato tradicionale. Ne fakt shume shqiptare qe kane qene ne itali kane punuar neper restorante duke marre nje profesion ne gatim dhe me pas kane ardhur ne vendin e vet dhe kane hapur nje restorant te tyrin. Njerezit ne shqiperi e pelqejne guzhinen italiane e kush eshte ai qe nuk e pelqen kete guzhine te larmishme. Lasagnat italiane ravioli tagliatele jane me fame ne gjithe boten dhe tani ne fakt qe prej vitesh pra pas renies se komunizmit i shijojne edhe shqiptaret. Personalisht me pelqejne te gjitha, por kur behet fjale per embelsirat jane tjeter histori e mirefillte e guzhines italiane. I preferoj shume embelsirat italiane duke filluar qe nga pastat e shumellojta e duke vijuar me pas me embelsirat e tjera. Njera prej tyre ne foto, por jo italiane. Kremi i embel kishte pak shije babane bazamenti poshte ishte nje cope brumi i forte, ndoshta pak i forte, por qe me kremin siper shkonte per bukuri, vec nese do te kishte qene pak me i bute per mua do te ishte dicka tjeter. E kush do ti thoshte jo guzhines italiane, ne ne europe jo njehere ❤️

Un dolce è un buon alimento da gustare a fine pasto o in un momento opportuno della giornata e ho avuto questo pensiero quando ho gustato la dolcezza del pranzo alla fine di un piatto di risotto che ho gustato moltissimo in un elegante ed era in un quartiere di Tirana, da qualche parte sopra la radio e la televisione pubblica albanese, una zona conosciuta da tempo come la capitale. Mi conoscono soprattutto per l'abbigliamento ed i prezzi un po' alti dei negozi, ma non tanto per la cucina del ristorante, che devo dire buona così come i prezzi. Anche il vino era molto buono. Quel dolce succo o un po' di mayajosh che ti invita a chiacchierare per ore a un tavolo tra i tuoi amici romagnoli che ogni volta vengono a godersi la natura albanese e i piatti tradizionali, soprattutto quelli tradizionali. Infatti molti albanesi che sono stati in Italia hanno lavorato nei ristoranti intraprendendo una professione di cucina per poi venire nel loro paese e aprire un proprio ristorante. Le persone in Albania amano la cucina italiana e chi non ama questa cucina diversificata. Le tagliatelle lasagne ravioli italiane sono famose in tutto il mondo e ormai, infatti, da anni, dopo la caduta del comunismo, le gustano anche gli albanesi. Personalmente mi piacciono tutti, ma quando si tratta di dolci sono un'altra vera storia della cucina italiana. Preferisco di gran lunga i dolci italiani, iniziando dai vari pasticcini e proseguendo con gli altri dolci. Uno di questi nella foto, ma non italiano. La crema dolce aveva un po' il sapore di papà, la base sotto era un pezzo di pasta dura, forse un po' forte, ma con la crema sopra veniva benissimo, tranne che se fosse stata un po' più morbida, per me sarebbe stata stato qualcos'altro. E chi direbbe no alla cucina italiana, nemmeno una volta in Europa.
