Traditional dishes from my kitchen
Today I will present you some traditional dishes that I prepare every year on this day.Christmas Eve is a big Christian holiday in my country Bulgaria.
Tradition dictates that the dishes on the table should be an odd number of 5-7-9-11..
In general, the dishes should be lean and without meat. they are prepared in different ways in different regions of the country.
Unique and very tasty.
White beans -2 cans
Homemade chutney -4 tablespoons
Roasted peppers - green and red
olive oil for seasoning
Roasted eggplant salad
3 pieces Roasted aubergines
5 pieces Roasted peppers - green
5 pieces Roasted peppers - red
olives - for decoration
dressing - mayonnaise
6 boiled potatoes
1 white onion
1\2 lemon juice
Сabbage serma -red peppers
1 tbsp - paprika
Fruits are also present on the table.There is a variety of them in the shops now.Every home gives them pride of place.
