Hasbro Pulse G.I. Joe Classified Series Serpentor Action Figure and Air Chariot Unboxing

The G.I. Joe Hasbro Classified Series 6-inch action figure line is a dream come true for the OG fans and collectors of the G.I. Joe 1980s 3.75-inch Hasbro action figures. The new figures have mostly been faithful to the original designs and Hasbro has upped the ante of the action figure game by making them 6 inches in size and included tons of accessories to most of them. This is a continuation of the tradition set by the original Hasbro 80s figure line.

Another great feature of the OG figure line is their capacity to store most of their accessories and weapons onto various holsters and compartments, which most action figures from other companies could not do. The Classified Series line continues this tradition. In addition, most of the figures also have their own backpacks just like their vintage counterparts, where some of the accessories can be placed or attached to.

In the pictures and video links below, the Hasbro Pulse Serpentor and his air chariot are unboxed and assembled. For this collector, this piece bears great nostalgia, since the 80s version of the figure and its chariot were a top favorite.

The separate parts are shown below and in the assembly video.

Below are pictures of the figure riding the chariot as well as several shots of the chariot's parts.

As shown below, the mouth of the cobra head on the chariot is articulated, with a movable cannon situated inside.

Retractable fangs!

Below, it is nice to see how the regular cobra logo has an added crown, indicating Serpentor's status in the Cobra hierarchy.

The side cannons can be moved up and down and sideways to some degree.

The underside has three retractable landing legs/gears.

A nice plastic cobra completes the ensemble.

These are nostalgic pieces. I used to have the 80s version of this one as well as some other GI Joe figures during my childhood. Great attention to detail and fantastic aesthetics. Thanks for appreciating! 😊
