I am a bit tired and feeling dizzy. What brings you here today? Your HL followers wanted to know what's the one thing you first-time did and found out you are naturally good at.

I was also thinking the same thing over and over again from Monday. To be honest it's hard to tell which thing I did first and then I discovered I am good at it. I kept switching my talent to discuss, It was just too hard and it was a journey of self-discovery. Looks like you still haven't made up your mind. Let me help you. Did you tried asking family and friends about your talent? I tried asking family but their answer wasn'tn't helpful at all. In the last HL community hangout, the community told me I am good at management. I am not sure if that is true.

What things do you manage of HIVE? Actually, I started doing antiabuse volunteer work and I worked side by side with a lot of people on many cases. But what you had to manage in antiabuse? As it was volunteer work so I didn't feel any burden and I am naturally good at remembering things I want to remember. I wish I can forget the memories I wanna forget too. Anyways, this was the start of my management skills. I especially had to learn the history of Hive as much as I can and I still update myself whenever I feel a need for it. I was too afraid to start to ask any questions and still, I just work in background while being low-key. But with time I spent time around the right guys and learned little by little. Now I enjoy backtracking, clue finding, red alerts, and most importantly my favorite botnets. In doing all this I do have to maintain records so I will say it's a part of management.

This antiabuse sounds dangerous to me, can you tell me something easier to understand? I started the First Pakistani representative discord server on the hive. Many might think it's a project which does nothing but, to be honest, my starting goals were just to give them a home to talk with Pakistanis. I do know that the Pakistani's reputation is not the very best on Hive and I made some standards to support a few people by certain criteria. I just believe that we Pakistanis have to stay motivated and grow slowly without powering down and one day when our HP will be higher a natural switch because of the financially strong condition of this region will happen from ̶steem to Hive. Badges are in future plans when we reach 20 trusted users which are 15 to 20 at this stage (Hint: HL badges are also coming). I do know all this might sound slow but with consistency and goodwill, I can aim for the moon and land among the stars. What will this badge actually do? Just like a frontend where you see filtered content, here hivers can have a feed of a filtered Pakistani userbase.

Everyone in HL keeps asking the same question in Hangouts what is a Knight? I heard you are a knight in HL and it is a role of importance. Is this correct? I actually raided HL for tag misuse in starting days of the community from my antiabuse side of Hive Life. I informed them in advance and before copy/past intros reached payout I Zeroed them with some help. After that, I found some issues exist in HL and I was given an antiabuse role which changed in Knight later. In the knight role a lot of things come but to sum up it's like an advisor. Just like anywhere I can give only an advise or warning but what is accepted or not, is not in my hand. I still sometimes feel to not only focusing on HL but HL's community love is a drug that keeps me addicted and I stay for the members.

Wow, a conflict is the start of this love story. Do conflicts occur now? Any other community you manage as a volunteer and any serious Management project on Hive? Yes, Multiple times I give my point of view but you know how things are. If leaving was a solution to all the problems then I would have done it. About other communities, skipping my point of view about the community model of IU, I do help around in the FAQ channel and the motivation which drives me is it's a good home of engagement and motivation for Pakistanis. Indeed, I do want Pakistanis to be more active in other servers than HivePakistan keeping it learning-friendly. It also involves remembering and keeping track of Indian profiles so ya it's volunteer work but work is work.
I am also a Cartel Curator Manager and this is the only thing that is serious to me currently. I did a lot of hard work and got lucky to be where I am now. It's a lot of work to manage a revenue-generating model, I am serious and passionate about this project.

Can you tell me a little bit about How you got this management skill? I did live my earlier life with my parents and grandparents and all 4 of them had different demands and ideologies. At the earlier stage of my life, I had to manage a lot of emotional drama between all of them. Then in school becoming a class monitor and then manage a gaming community earlier. I never realized I was naturally a good manager and all my life I was managing things. It involves a lot of skills in record keeping, solving conflicts, judgements and Heaven knows what more I do. To be honest it becomes harder on some days but since I love doing Hive things so I never get bored. :)

What is your natural talent? I am not sure please do let me know if It's really my talent or if I am just confused. :)
