Les deseo un excelente día, amigos, quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva receta; esta vez voy a mostrarle un pastel de coliflor con vegetales, una opción deliciosa y saludable para el almuerzo, este pastel de coliflor con vegetales da una combinación única de suavidad y sabor, al unir la coliflor con una selección de vegetales frescos como: Zanahorias, pimentón, cebolla y tomates maduros, este pastel es una opción nutritiva y baja en carbohidratos, una comida equilibrada, apta para vegetarianos y no vegetarianos también, sin más les muestro los ingredientes y el paso a paso.

INGREDIENTS🥮INGREDIENTES

-335 grams of cauliflower
-2 eggs
-2 tomatoes
-2 tablespoons of milk
-Sufficient water
-1 onion
-1 carrot
-1/2 paprika
-2 tablespoons of oil
-5 tablespoons of wheat flour
-Mozzarella cheese to taste
-2 teaspoons salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon of paprika powder

To begin, and after preparing all the ingredients, we are going to cut the cauliflower and remove all the stem florets, wash it very well and put it in a pot.

Add the florets, the previously beaten liquid milk and a teaspoon of salt, add three cups of water and cook over medium heat for 14 minutes.

Colocamos los ramilletes, la leche líquida previamente batida y una cucharadita de sal, integramos tres tazas de agua y dejamos cocer a fuego medio por espacio de 14 minutos.



Once the time has elapsed, take the cauliflower florets to the blender, blend them on high level, then take them to a bowl and add the eggs and the wheat flour, stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Set aside.

Pasado el tiempo llevamos a la licuadora, batimos a nivel alto los ramilletes de coliflor, seguidamente llevamos a un envase y le agregamos los huevos, la harina de trigo, removemos hasta formar una mezcla homogénea. Reservamos.





On the board we chop in small squares: carrot, onion, paprika and tomatoes.

En la tabla picamos en cuadros pequeños: Zanahoria, cebolla, pimentón y tomates.



Heat the frying pan, add oil, fry the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, sauté until they are completely integrated and have softened a little.

Llevamos a fuego el sartén, colocamos aceite, sofreímos los vegetales, salpimentamos, salteamos hasta integrar por completo y se haya ablandado un poco.



Spread these vegetables on top of the cauliflower, add the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Estos vegetales lo esparcimos por encima de la coliflor le agregamos el queso y llevamos al horno previamente caliente a 180 grados centígrados.



After 20 minutes remove from the oven and serve.

Después de 20 minutos retiramos del horno y servimos.
