Though have been to some 'metaverses' like AltSpaceVR attending the HiveFest of 2020 (totally missed the last one in 2021), and MeBo or something, I never been to a music event. Need to try one. Any event you gonna play or be at any time soon?

How is it to play in a metaverse? I suppose you get some feedback from the avatars, but looking at how abstract metaverses are still today, the emotions are not easy to grasp, hence limited feedback to build your set on. But what do I know; Better to ask you :)

unfort. I havent been to ALTspace or Mebo but I have been organizing Metaverse parties for Emanate and rocking DJ sets most of last year on Cryptovoxels and Decentraland.

Its a different kind of experience at first, artists can stream/perform live or prepare pre recorded video sets of their performances that gets projected on a massive screen in the metaverse, expressing emotions can be done via real time chat or triggering emoticons for expressions def still early stages but the opportunity it gave artists who cant travel and perform due to covid is pretty awesome, DJ's and musicians gets paid for their sets mostly so its a great way to earn some money and perform while u stuck at home or don't want to go out and perform with all the crazy situation out there.

For sure we planning to do many Metaverse events this year I will for sure promote it here on Hive and share an invite.

Glad these metaverses bring you some money as well as trigger your passion.
I do hope metaverses will become super high resolution so that emotions can be part of the avatars as well, rather than in a side chat or something.
Interestingly, what you describe is something that can be done outside metaverses as well, like with YouTube and the likes.
Sure, metaverses add something extra, the 3D room and the ability to chat with avatars, instead of just in a side chat like at YouTube.
Yesterday I spend for the first time ever a few minutes in Decentraland. Just to check it. Very limited amount peeps around, gave me a very empty feeling. But then again, am not the typical metaverse user, I think. I dont play eg adventure games. I tried SimCity back in the days, but quickly discovered something like that is not for me :) Attending events in a metaverse: Why not!
Am very much looking forward to what Everdome metaverse will be like, their promise is to be the metavserse with by far the highest resolution of all metaverses around. They will be integrated with the ultra high 3D scanners of MetaHero. I simply hope my newly bought laptop is able to handle all the 3D stuff though :)
