Always like the goals of life should be big and work hard day and night as you have been doing for a long time then success is coming slowly.

I found out if I plan something let's say 100 Hive per month, then I put something outrageous like 1000 per month. And sometimes I achieve that, sometimes I may do only 300, which is still 3 times more than whaty I believed initially that I can do.
Yeah Success is possible only through hard work.
let's do the hard work!
