Using recycled fabric for a corset - Utilizando tela reciclada para Corsé -

Hello friends, I hope you’re all doing well. Have a great start to the week. I’m delighted to pop in and show you the step-by-step guide to a corset I made using recycled fabric from a pair of trousers. I hope you like it!

First, I designed the patterns on paper and then transferred this design onto the trouser fabric for each of the pieces.

I joined all the pieces together in this way and also made a lining to cover the inside. Then, at the top of the corset, we create a double-layered section to sew the piece together.

Next, we need to sew several little tabs onto the back to create the lacing for the corset.

Hola amigos espero que estén muy bien. Feliz inicio de semana. Estoy feliz de poder pasar por aquí y mostrarles el paso a paso de un corset que hice utilizando telas recicladas desde la reutilización de un pantalón. Espero que les guste!

Primero diseñé los moldes o patrones en hojas y luego transferí este diseño a la tela del pantalón de cada una de las piezas.

De esta manera uni todas las piezas y ademas le hice un forro para cubrir la zona interna de estas. Luego en la parte superior del corset hacemos un doble interno para coser la pieza.

Luego debemos coser varias orejitas en la zona trasera para hacer el trenzado del corsé.
