Design and Sewing of Medical Uniform for My Brother

Hello, fellow needle lovers! I hope you are all doing great. I am always happy to be in this wonderful space filled with fabulous creations and, above all, filled with a lot of effort, dedication, and love. I recently made a new uniform for my brother. It is a medical jacket and medical jumpsuit design for his uniform.

Hola amigos amantes de las agujas, espero que se encuentren super bien, siempre feliz de poder estar en este espacio maravilloso lleno de creaciones fabulosas y sobre todo lleno de mucho esfuerzo, dedicación y amor. Recientemente le realicé un nuevo uniforme a mi hermano, es un diseño de chaqueta medica y mono medico para su uniforme.

Using the patterns as a guide, I began cutting out the front pieces and the back of the jacket.

Desde la base de los patrones inicié con el corte de las piezas delanteras y la zona trasera de la chaqueta.

I used a very long zipper specially designed for jackets because it allows the right and left sides to be completely separated.

Utilicé un cierre muy largo especialmente utilizado para chaquetas porque permite separar el lado derecho e izquierdo de forma total.

This is the design of the jacket. I made two large pockets on the front and a single pocket on the right side. At the bottom, I used pins to measure the desired length of the jacket. My brother and I are about the same height.

Este es el diseño de la chaqueta, hice dos bolsillos grandes en la zona delantera y un unico bolsillo del lado derecho. En la parte baja me apoyé de alfileres para tomar la medida del largo deseado de la chaqueta, mi hermano y yo tenemos aproximadamente la misma estatura.

Then, for the jumpsuit design, I used a jumpsuit from the previous uniform I made and copied its shape to have a copy but with a new design for the pocket area.

Luego para el diseño del mono utilicé un mono del uniforme anterior que le hice y copie la forma de este para tener una copia pero con un nuevo diseño para la zona de los bolsillos.

This is the structure of the pants design, consisting of a large pocket that runs along the side in the middle of the pants, a pocket in the back of the pants, and upper side pockets. For these side pockets, I designed a pocket with zippers for added security.

Esta es la estructura del diseño del pantalon, consiste en un bolsillo grande que va de forma lateral en la zona media del pantalon, un bosillo en la zona trasera del pantalon y los bolsillos latarales superiores. Para estos bolsillos laterales realicé un diseño de bolsillo con cierres para mayor seguridad.
