Hi my friends! Hotel California is one of the most nostalgic and memorable songs for the youth of the past decades. This song is also one of the most mysterious songs in the history of classical rock music.

Don Fedler was in charge of writing the music and notes, and Don Henley and Glenn Frey were in charge of writing the lyrics for this album. The California Hotel song won the award for Best Solo Solo and Best Guitar Play in 1998 in a Guitarist Magazine Audience Survey.
The song won the Grammy Award in 1978.

Dan Henley in an interview with the Daily Mail said: "The song talks about American extremist culture and also challenges the unbalanced relationship between business and art" .
Hotel California is an imaginary place where people are caught up in the luxuries and appearances of life and have no way out.Some people linked this song to industrial drug addiction, but none of the Eagles members ever mentioned it.

The Hotel California album became one of the best selling albums of all time, and the three singles track from this album, alone had a special place in the top 100 of the Billboard charts.

The phrase "Hotel California" had been on Don Henley's mind for some time, but to turn it into a song, he had to follow principles that the band adhered to in the mid-1970s .
Don Felder, another guitarist in the band, was in charge of composing and recording the songs. His creations, however, had to be approved by Glenn Frey and Don Henley.

Don Felder used to do this at his home in Los Angeles, but while he was touring, his wife called him and said, "We're leaving this house."
The story was that Susan, Don's wife, was resting in the yard with her baby when her eyes fell on a rattlesnake.
She and her son immediately moved to a rented house on the Malibu beach, and Don joined them at the end of the tour. It was the evening of the same day that he as usual began composing and recording the proposed song for a lyric. The song that Felder was composing was in perfect harmony with the image of a snake in a scenic garden. A song which chords adherenced the flamenco pattern more than rock. Frey and Henley endorsed the Felder's product and gave the song the name "Mexican Vein" during production.

Glenn Frey and Don Henley say the lyrics of this song describe a bewildered traveler who is mesmerized by "a charming and lovable place" with strange characters.
A charming and scary place that seems to have no escape. In the last four decades, many people have tried to decipher the images of this song or by putting them together to reach a logical and understandable meaning. Perhaps remembering this sentence from Glenn Frey is not without merit: " We decided to create something weird, just to see if we could do it."

Glenn Frey says: "The story of a man trapped in an unknown area on the outskirts of the city who is unsure of what he sees is inspired by John Fowles' 1965 novel The Magus."
This novel which was one of the first this english writer works and popular among fans of the anti-cultural movement, depicts a mysterious world (in an island novel in Greece) in which the truth is suspected.

Fowles did not consider this novel to be one of his best works: "It is a far cry from international standards in terms of writing. He says: ""As I write this, I fall into any trap that may come in the way of novice writers."
