My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2021

The snowbirds are flying again

Yesterday was a very communicative day for many of my friends. But everyone has something new to tell, mostly about the next travel destination. Nobody will last and other Winter here. And since Asia is still very hesitant, The destinations are Columbia, Costa Rica, Mexiko, Dominican Republic, Maledives. One even wants to spend the winter in Egypt, very brave with the water temperature of twenty-one degrees.
Only to choose Thailand. It's simply too uncertain weather and how long and under what restrictions one can leave there. But everything is better than Germany, so the clear opinion.

Die Zugvögel fliegen wieder

Gestern war für viele meiner Freunde ein sehr kommunikativer Tag. Aber jeder hat er etwas neues zu erzählen, meist über das nächste Reiseziel. Es hält wohl keiner mehr einen Winter hier durch. Und da Asien immer noch sehr zögerlich ist, heißen die Ziele Kolumbien, Costa Rica, Mexiko, Dominikanische Republik, Malediven. Einer will sogar in Ägypten überwintern, sehr mutig bei 21 Grad Wassertemperatur.
Nur zwei haben sich Thailand ausgesucht. Es ist einfach zu unsicher, ob und wie lange und unter welchen Einschränkungen man da leben kann. Aber alles ist besser als Deutschland, so die eindeutige Meinung.
