Hola amigos 😁👋 esta semana, les escribe un post sobre mi nueva disciplina y compartí un video de 108 saludos al sol, donde les enseñaba no solo un trabajo físico si no también de resistencia mental 🤯
Hoy quiero hablarles un poco sobre sus beneficios ⬇️
En general, este saludo al sol es un beneficio bastante completo para el sistema físico, pero sobre todo, es una herramienta importante que empodera a los seres humanos a liberarse de los ciclos y patrones compulsivos de sus vidas 🙀
1️⃣ La posturas físicas
con ellas nos estiramos, para mantenernos fuertes 💪
2️⃣ Respiración
Pareciera algo natural, porque lo realizamos de forma inconsciente. Sin embargo, pocas veces lo hacemos de forma adecuada. una respiración adecuada lleva a mantener la calma y estar viviendo en el momento presente ❣️
3️⃣Presencia:
Nos ayuda a estar firmes y determinados. Con esta capacidad, es mas fácil enfrentar nuestro presente
4️⃣ Mantras:
Este es el momento donde nos conectamos espiritualmente. Los mantras generan vibraciones que producen paz interior. Y esta es la finalidad del yoga.
En general, practicar el yoga tiene múltiples beneficios y los comienzas a notar desde tu primer día de práctica*

In fact we need to have a way to remove certain accounts from being able to abuse the community in the event such abuse has truly gone to catastrophic proportions like this one..
