The importance of the effective work of the Human Resources Department for organizations.

Nowadays, the globalization of the different markets and the different mechanisms of integration, are posing some new challenges to be competitive in each and every one of the companies regardless of their object, which must allow them to create different conditions to be able to be effective and also efficient in achieving their goals and objectives to meet the expectations of the entire population.

The most important thing to obtain high levels of competitiveness is the modernization of the technological park, as well as the different ways to achieve the organization, the processes, the improvement of the services and to be able to count on highly qualified personnel and in disposition to be able to contribute ideas to the development and achievement of the objectives of the organization.

Therefore it is of utmost importance that companies can have the best of the best in each of their jobs, to ensure the best performance and development of all departments of the organization, to ensure its optimal functioning and to meet the requirements and circumstances for which they were hired, so that they can develop a successful and efficient function of their jobs.

It is important to emphasize that human talent is one of the main and determining elements within an organization, since it is the operability that generates profitability and the efficient execution of each one of the administrative processes, as well as the adequate use of the inputs and are responsible for the incorporation of personnel with the attitudes and aptitudes suitable to assume the responsibilities of the positions.

Through recruitment, the company can reach a large number of potential workers with very high capabilities to opt for the job. The selection for multiple selection processes, such as the definition of required job competencies, the psychological-technical tests, as well as the verification of all references and finally a personal interview process.

These steps make it possible to guarantee that the person chosen can efficiently and without any problems occupy the position, efficiently performing his or her functions, helping the well-being of the organization and contributing to the established goals.
