The importance of effective management competencies for good business development “part 2"

First of all I want to greet all the friends of hive and especially the friends of this prestigious community, today I am going to share with all of you the second part of the publication related to the managerial competences so important for the development and transformation of the companies.

Within the managerial competencies we find another series of categories such as the Beta competencies which are the necessary skills that an employee must possess to be able to adapt to professional life within an organization. In addition, Beta competencies are composed of several categories such as:

Creativity: It is when the worker offers solutions at all times to the problems that arise, as well as generating viable alternatives to improve some processes or improving the established ones, which contribute to the development in the professional field.

Knowledge of the Environment:It is when the worker is aware of the place he/she occupies within the organization and knows very well his/her work environment, handling important information that contributes to the development of the activities.

Risk Taking:It is defined by the capacity that the worker can withstand adversity, as well as the risks he/she assumes to solve certain inconvenience without knowing if the resolution will be satisfactory for the company or not.

Professional Ambition:This characteristic is defined by the professional's aptitude to face the challenges that arise, in addition to showing the potential of his capabilities and being willing to face new challenges both in terms of knowledge and execution for professional growth.
