Leadership is characterized by the management of work groups without the use of coercion, in such a way that the leader is followed by the performance demonstrated and the respect gained from all his work group, besides enjoying all the positive popularity of the members of the organization.

Authoritarian Command: This leadership is determined by the imposition of his criteria over the others regardless of whether it is correct or not, so the manager assumes full responsibility for the events occurred without important suggestions, he is only oriented or concerned about the implementation of activities in such a way that guides his work group and binds them even though they do not agree with the decision..

Styles based on Human Relations:This leadership has a main and determining characteristic that differentiates it from all the others, since it is based on the primary concern for the human relations of its workers above the goals, objectives, proposal as well as the results of the organization, prevailing humanism..

Orientation to the personnel and personal relations: This leadership has to do with the orientations that the boss makes towards his personnel and the constant and detailed revision of the interpersonal relations of all the work environment, in such a way that each worker, independently of the position that can be developed, feels important for the future, development and expansion of the company, so that the sense of pertinence can grow and the business success can be higher and higher.

Participative: Unlike the authoritarian leader, the participative leader consults prior to the realization of a job, as well as in the operation of the same, so that they can adjust the forms and ways of carrying out the work and this allows him to have more union within the work environment, also stimulates workers because they feel valued by the organization. Collective and participative decisions are not unilateral, as happens with autocrats, since the efforts and contributions of the workers are recognized as a fundamental and important element of the organization's processes.
