I
Un bambuco y una serenata
Le dieron vida a un amor
Un mozuelo cantaba a una flor
Que más tarde sería mi madre
Le cantaba mi futuro padre
Lleno de inmenso fervor

II
Trovadores que en aquellas noches
Cantaban poemas de amor
A las novias dan dulce ilusión
Que abrigaban en sus corazones
Inspirando tan bellas canciones
Que causaban dulce calor

III
Cántame algo sabroso moreno
Me dijo una niña a mí
Como no yo te lo canto así
Pero debéis pagar con un beso
No te preocupéis negro por eso
Que eso no es nada Pa’ mi
Espero que la disfrutes.

ENG:

A warm musical greeting.

In Venezuela, the Gaita Zuliana is a musical genre that is heard throughout the year in the state of Zulia but in the other states of Venezuela they start to be heard from the months of July or August until January or February of the following year.
This gaita that I present to you this time is called Bambuco by the composer Renato Aguirre. It is a very beautiful gaita and I wanted to share it with you.
Although it is instrumental, here are the lyrics:
CHORUS
A gallant and joyful bambuco
Always came to the heart
Of the nymph who is at the window
She wept with immense passion
As she felt the love deep inside
Of the lover who sang
And in a kiss that she gave to him
She gave him her life and her love

I
A bambuco and a serenade
Gave life to a love
A young boy sang to a flower
Who later would be my mother
My future father sang to her
Filled with immense fervor

II
Troubadours who on those nights
Sang love poems
To the brides give sweet illusion
That they cherished in their hearts
Inspiring such beautiful songs
That caused sweet warmth

III
Sing me something tasty brown
A little girl said to me
How could I not sing it to you like this
But you must pay with a kiss
Don't worry nigga about that
That's nothing to me
