Of Shadows and Sunlight

In the isolated city of Solara, day and night aren't simple transitions – they're separate realms. For centuries, these realms have coexisted in harmony, each ignorant of the other's existence. Dayfolk bask in eternal sunlight, building towering glass structures and harnessing solar energy, while Nightfolk thrive beneath silver moons and constellations, mastering shadow manipulation and lunar magic.

Liora, a radiant Dayfolk engineer, stumbles upon an ancient, hidden portal leading to the nighttime realm. There, she encounters Aric, a skilled Nightfolk illusionist. Intrigued by their stark differences and the magic of each other's worlds, they form an unlikely alliance.

However, as the barrier between day and night weakens, creatures of twilight—neither wholly of the sun nor the moon—begin to emerge, threatening both realms. Liora and Aric realize that the balance between sunlight and shadows is faltering, and unless they bridge the gap between their two worlds, neither realm will survive the twilight onslaught.

Together, combining solar ingenuity with lunar magic, Liora and Aric must navigate the challenges of both realms, confront their own preconceptions, and unite Dayfolk and Nightfolk against the twilight creatures. As they grow closer, they begin to uncover ancient secrets and forgotten connections that suggest their worlds were never truly separate to begin with.
