Nowadays and within the context of globalization, the business environment has started an era of rapid changes, new concepts and transformations characterized by technological and social progress. Modern companies are looking for techniques, programs and projects that allow management to cope with these evolutionary processes that radically affect the established objectives.

From the point of view, decision making is the core of managerial responsibility. The manager must constantly decide what to do, who should do it, when and where to do it, and even when to do it. Whether in setting objectives, allocating resources, or solving problems that arise on the fly, he must overcome the effects of today's decision to tomorrow's opportunities.

It should be noted that with these arguments described above, man has learned over time that he cannot depend entirely on nature or sporadic and individual efforts, it is necessary to be able to prepare for the different jobs, only in this way can prosper in the modern times that lie ahead. When we speak of leaders we imagine dynamic, powerful and intelligent individuals and we would not be wrong to describe "macho leadership".

Male leadership as a theoretical concept is relatively new, since it is a combination of leadership and alpha male to extrapolate it as male leadership.

On the other hand, it is said that alpha males are leaders by nature, they are also those who are identified by the rest of their group and are also recognized as the best prototype among their peers, according to Ketterer, (2011). What is appealing about this concept is that the leader does not necessarily have to do with physical characteristics; of strong build; but rather alludes to the intellectual capacities of the leader and often depends on the ability to persuade, with respect to the group they lead.

The reasons for the lack of leadership in decision making in companies are frequent and similar, despite the fact that they are different companies in many ways. Among them we can mention: Managers and middle managers do not assume their responsibility as leaders when they show apathy to contribute to the welfare of the company, by not motivating or stimulating their employees from the economic, social perspective and accompaniment and solidarity at the time of executing any activity within the same; these skills can bring as a result a drop in company performance in the economic aspects, represented in low income, and low productivity.

Therefore, people who act or decide rationally are trying to reach a goal that cannot be achieved without action. They must have a clear understanding of the courses of action by which they intend to reach a goal under the existing circumstances and constraints, as well as gather the necessary information and have the ability to evaluate the different types of alternatives and finally, be able to have the assurance of reaching the best solution by selecting the appropriate alternative.
