Activities Covered on the Pitch ⚽

It's a beautiful and cloudy day over here. We are bringing you DFA training activity reports with a lot of stunning photos. Before we proceed, let's quickly talk about Crypto as we always do. Lately, there's been crazy money moving around JPEGs and a lot of people are joining the trend on different Blockchain. Hopefully, Hive becomes part of the NFT craze and if that happens with the influx number of users from Splinterlands, I expect Hive to double its value.

The JPEG I mean is NFTs, this has caused the increase in the price of Solana and Ethereum, and because of the crazy transaction fees on Ethereum, Layer 2 projects like FTM, MATIC, NEAR.. are moving up nicely. This made many people having the feeling that there will be ETH replacement very soon, who knows? Time will tell.

Jogging

After the rants on Crypto, let's get started with our football training reports. The training was a lovely one. The training started a bit late and it was a very happy training day, after the training we talked and laughed. The training lasted for about 4 hours, we started around 9 AM and finished around 1 PM.

Push Up Exercises

When the training started, the weather was clear as you can see in the photo above but later rain fell when we were about to play Aside, and the rain made it sweeter. The training started with Jogging around the field, and after covering about 15 rounds, we switched to other exercises.

We did the casual exercises we always do every training day like Push up, and Get Up.

Get Up Exercises

The picture below shows two boys swinging their legs to and fro. They did it with both legs, this is like stretching out the legs or extracting out force from the legs after a short or long time exercise, we call it Jog it Out.

Leg Swings

Up next should be fitness, but due to the training starting late, Sun was already out and it's not advisable to do fitness training under the hot sun. So we moved down to man-in-the-middle football drills.

The MITM in the photo involved two boys in the middle whereby their leg must not touch the ball as it's moving around the circle, if it touches their leg, the footballer that makes the wrong pass will replace the player that touch the ball in the middle. This drill improves football passes and controls.

MITM

After this drill, we started Aside training. The first Aside we did was 4 vs 4. We also had around two sets outside after the first two sets. The loser will come out for another set and after it was rotated, we switched to another Aside football training which involved a goalkeeper.

Aside

The defenders and defensive midfielders were selected at the side of the goalkeeper and the attackers, attacking midfielders, and sweepers were selected at the other side with a small post with a tire (Team A vs Team B).

Aside with GK

As the Aside training that involved a goalkeeper started. The rain started falling which you can see in the photos. Later on, the rain stopped and they switched sides and the Team B won at the end. After this, both teams played penalties for the goalkeeper and Team B won again. They won both pieces of training with no big margin, both sides played well.

Aside with GK

After that, the footballers went for a few rounds of jogging once gain and the training ended, we prayed and everyone headed home safely.
