Mi Historia con el Café//Tag (Esp-Eng)

Haciendo un recorrido por los feeds me encontré con el tag de la @brujita18 y me gusto el tema que proponía hablar sobre mi historia con el café. El aroma del café es unos de mis olores favoritos a cualquier hora del día, además es una bebida excelente para compartir una buena charla entre amigos y pasar un rato agradable o algún encuentro familiar. Aquí va mi historia con el café.

Comencé a tomar café en la adolescencia, ya que mamá nos permitía beber esta bebida cuando éramos niños, pero ya de adolescente empezó a ser la bebida acompañante del desayuno, ya de adulta la rutina fue cambiando y agregue una taza más de café en las tardes cuando me reunía con mis amigas.

Actualmente prefiero el café negro con canela, el aroma y sabor de la canela le aporta un plus extra al café que me encanta, aunque también me gusta mucho un marrón junto a un pancito dulce, y remojar el pan en el café es lo máximo para mí.

El café me beneficia para recargar energías principalmente en la mañana, también en esos momentos que quiero tener una pausa, me gusta tomarme una taza de café para sentarme a reflexionar y relajarme, estar a solas conmigo siento que es un excelente acompañante.

Confieso que no soy de tomar muchas tazas de café por lo general una sola en la mañana o media mañana, pero si hay una ocasión especial para compartir con amigos, familiares o incluso un momento de contemplación y reflexión bebo una taza de café extra.

En mi familia siempre se ha tomado café en la mañana, en casa existía el famoso colador de tela, recuerdo mucho su aroma cuando se lo preparaban a papá, en casa de la abuela había un termo con café que ella lo preparaba cocinando en una olla y luego lo colaba para que todo el que llegara se sirviera de allí si necesidad de pedirlo, así que indudablemente es parte de la tradición familiar.

Realizar este tag me invito a recordar los momentos de encuentros que he tenido con amigos y familiares compartiendo una buena taza de café, aprovecho de invitar a mi amiga @damarysvibra para que nos comparta su historia con el café.

While browsing through the feeds I came across the tag of @brujita18 and I liked the topic that proposed to talk about my history with coffee. The aroma of coffee is one of my favorite smells at any time of the day, it is also an excellent drink to share a good chat with friends and spend a nice time or a family meeting. Here is my story with coffee.

I started drinking coffee when I was a teenager, since my mother allowed us to drink this beverage when we were children, but as a teenager it started to be the drink that accompanied breakfast. As an adult the routine changed and I added another cup of coffee in the afternoons when I met with my friends.

Currently I prefer black coffee with cinnamon, the aroma and flavor of the cinnamon gives an extra plus to the coffee that I love, although I also like a brown coffee with a sweet bread, and soaking the bread in the coffee is the best for me.

Coffee benefits me to recharge my energy mainly in the morning, also in those moments when I want to have a break, I like to have a cup of coffee to sit down to reflect and relax, to be alone with me, I feel it is an excellent companion.

I confess that I don't drink many cups of coffee, usually just one in the morning or mid-morning, but if there is a special occasion to share with friends, family or even a moment of contemplation and reflection I drink an extra cup of coffee.

In my family we have always had coffee in the morning, at home there was the famous cloth strainer, I remember its aroma when they used to prepare it for my father, in my grandmother's house there was a thermos with coffee that she used to prepare by cooking it in a pot and then she would strain it so that everyone who arrived could help themselves from it without having to ask for it, so undoubtedly it is part of the family tradition.
