Ciertamente, a lo largo de los años se han ido conquistando espacios para que las mujeres sean más visibles como seres humanos, y no queden relegadas como un objeto utilitario y meramente decorativo dentro de una casa, pero también es cierto que todavía existen viejos paradigmas en los cuales las féminas son objeto de humillación y maltratos por parte de los hombres sin que haya ningún tipo de ley que las ampare.

Los abusos físicos, emocionales a los cuales suelen estar sometidas millones de mujeres siguen persistiendo diariamente, sin contar con los femicidios que no solo ocurren México, sino en cualquier parte del mundo, muchos de ellos quedan sin ser esclarecidos.

Sin embargo, aún nos queda un as bajo la manga para todas mujeres, es hacernos cada vez más consciente de nuestros viejos patrones de crianza, los cuales han ayudado a continuar con la práctica de la discriminación y abuso hacia al género femenino. La formación y la educación son vitales para que cambio ocurra, además se perpetúe en tiempo, pero hay que arriesgarse a romper con las viejas estructuras y esquemas culturales en donde se atenta contra la integridad de la mujer.
