Ingredientes:
3 Maracuya
2 tazas Agua
1 taza Azucar
4 cucharadas de Maizena

>Ingredients:
3 Passion fruit
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons of cornstarch

Proceso de preparación:
Lo primero que hacemos es picar la maracuya, le sacamos la pulpa y la agregamos a la licuadora.

Le agregamos 1 taza de azucar y 2 de agua.

We Add 1 Cup of Sugar and 2 of Water.

Procesamos, colamos , lo colocamos en una olla y llevamos a la cocina hasta que este bien caliente.

We process, strain, place it in a pot and take it to the kitchen until it is very hot.

Lo movemos bien y en una tacita con 4 cucharadas de agua agregamos 4 de maizena y poco a poco se le va agregando a la mezcla hasta que espece y al hervir bajamos de el fuego y dejanos reposar.

Para el sirope:
Cortamos una parchita, le sacamos la pulpa, agregamos la azucar y un chorrito de agua. Dejamos hervir y apagamos.

For the syrup:
Cut a passion fruit, remove the pulp, add the sugar and a splash of water. Let it boil and turn off.

Ya estando listo el manja y el sirope , llega la parte mejor, la de servir! Servimos primero el manjar, y llevamos a la nevera por 30 minutos, lo sacamos cuando haya cuajado y luego le agregamos por encima el sirope. Luego a comer.
