Un sabroso morcipan // A tasty morcipan
Spanish
Buenas buenas...
Ingredientes:
1 kilo de morcilla
5 panes canilla
Lechuga pequeña
3 cebollas
7 tomates
Salsa de tomate
Mayonesa

Good good...
Receive a warm greeting from me. Today I want to share a somewhat peculiar sandwich. This initiative was motivated because I wanted to make something different, fast and tasty. Also that it was comfortable to share, since I made it together with my husband at his brother's house. I invite you to stay and watch and read.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of blood sausage
5 canilla bread
Small lettuce
3 onions
7 tomatoes
Tomato sauce
Mayonnaise
Half cup of water
1 tablespoon salt
Preparation:
To start I take the blood sausages, wash them and place them in a pan, then I add a cup with water and a tablespoon of salt. It is time to turn on the stove and assemble the black pudding to cook.
While the black pudding is cooking, it is time to wash and chop.
I start with the lettuce, I discard it and place it in water with enough salt to clean it. They stay there until I am going to use them.
Then I chop the tomatoes and onions, both in rounds.
It is time to see the black pudding
When they are ready, it is time to start assembling.
I place the breads on a plastic bag, where they will be assembled and then place them on a plate. I take a loaf, cut it in half and then open it in the middle to fill it. To start I put the blood sausage,
Followed by some tomato wheels,
followed by some onion slices,
followed by the lettuce,
A little tomato sauce
And finally the mayonnaise.
Place on a plate and enjoy.
I confess that it was very good, all of us who ate it felt like repeating. I hope you liked it. Thanks for watching and reading. See you in a future post.

This looks delicious. I don't have blood sausage, but I do have a Geman Deli near us that makes all kinda of homemade sausage, so I may find se fun things there to try.
