Picking mangoes on the farm

El otro día fui a la finca de un tío, él tiene muchos árboles de mango pero hay una especie muy diferente a las demás, los mangos crecen mucho y tienen un interior muy dulce, aparte sus semillas son muy pequeñas lo que hace que esta variedad de mango tenga mucha pulpa en su interior ideal para hacer jugos o comerlos así tal cual, la verdad no sé si este tipo de mango tiene un nombre en particular pero si considero que son una especie muy llamativa muy poco común por estos lados, yo los llamo los mangos injertos pero es un nombre que simplemente se me ocurrió, lamentablemente aún no había mangos maduros pero igual tome algunos verdes para preparar jugo, el jugo de mango verde aquí en Venezuela se llama carato y es muy cremoso ideal para hacer helados.

The other day I went to an uncle's farm, he has many mango trees but there is a species that is very different from the others, mangoes grow a lot and have a very sweet interior, apart from their seeds are very small, which makes this variety mango has a lot of pulp inside, ideal for making juices or eating them just like that, I don't really know if this type of mango has a particular name, but if you consider that they are a very striking species that is very rare around these parts, I would I call grafted mangoes but it's a name that just occurred to me, unfortunately there weren't any ripe mangoes yet but I still took some green ones to make juice. Green mango juice here in Venezuela is called carato and it's very creamy, ideal for making ice cream.
