Some very valid points you made. We do need rest. For some reason, we humans consider our selves super and invincible to all shortcomings of animals. We want to be this untiring working machines, when in reality, our energy and spirits get drained. Even robots will need to run on fuel or something of the sort and will need recharge time every once a while. How much more us?
