Seguimos en visitas medicas. [ESP-ENG]

Feliz noche amigos luego de muchos días volvemos a estar un poco activos por aquí y es que mis días son una locura. Voy de un lugar a otro y tengo tantas cosas por hacer, mi mamá aún sigue un poco delicada de salud. Unos días mejor y otros no pero estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que esté mejor.

Good evening, friends. After many days, we're finally back to being a little active here. My days have been crazy! I'm going from one place to another and have so many things to do. My mom is still a bit unwell. Some days are better than others, but we're doing everything we can to help her get better.

Han pasado tantas cosas como que el cardiólogo le envío un tratamiento que le hizo mucho daño, así que decidimos cambiar de doctor y en este día fuimos a un internista del cual nos habían hablado muy bien. En esta consulta médica nos acompaño mi tía.

So many things have happened, including the cardiologist prescribing a treatment that made her very ill, so we decided to change doctors. That day we went to an internist we'd heard great things about. My aunt came with us to this appointment.

La verdad que este doctor fue muy amable, le envío varios exámenes para descartar problemas con la tiroides, algunos exámenes para ver su azúcar en sangre. Es que han sido tantos los problemas de salud que ha tenido mi mamá, pero agradecida con Dios que a pesar de todos los problemas de salud aquí seguimos y confiando en Dios que todo va a mejorar pronto.

This doctor was truly kind. He ordered several tests to rule out thyroid problems, as well as some blood sugar tests. My mother has had so many health issues, but we're so grateful to God that despite all of them, we're still here, trusting that everything will get better soon.

Y por supuesto no podía faltar una foto con mi mamá, hemos pasado días tan difíciles y con mucho miedo. Pero aquí seguimos más fuertes que nunca y confiando que el tiempo de Dios es perfecto.

And of course, I had to include a photo with my mom. We've been through such difficult and scary days. But here we are, stronger than ever, trusting that God's timing is perfect.

Por supuesto al día siguiente fuimos a un laboratorio para hacer todos los exámenes que el doctor pidió. La señora nos conoce y siempre habla mucho con mi mamá y dijo que la vio mucho mejor.

Of course, the next day we went to a lab to get all the tests the doctor ordered. The lady there knows us and always talks to my mom a lot, and she said she looked much better.

Luego de tener los resultados de los exámenes el doctor le cambio el medicamento para la azúcar en sangre. La nueva pastilla es bastante costosa pero le ha funcionado bastante bien. También le envío un antibiótico porque tiene una infección de orina, también hemos optado por qué ella use pañales en la noche para que no se levanté tanto en la noche. También le compré un yogurt que trae bastante proteína ya que esto la ayuda bastante.

After receiving the test results, the doctor changed her blood sugar medication. The new pill is quite expensive, but it has worked very well for her. He also prescribed an antibiotic because she has a urinary tract infection. We've also decided to have her wear diapers at night so she doesn't wake up so much. I also bought her a yogurt that's high in protein, as this helps her a lot.

Por aquí pueden ver qué mi mamá está un poco mejor y a pesar de todo lo que hemos pasado en estos meses aquí seguimos más fuertes que nunca y esperando que pronto todo esté mucho mejor.

As you can see, my mom is doing a little better, and despite everything we've been through these past few months, we're still stronger than ever and hoping that everything will be much better soon.
