Feliz noche amigos de Lifestyle está noche mi post va dedicado a mi profesión ya que el 12 de enero se celebra el día del pastelero y me parece increíble que mi hobbie lo convertí en mi pasión y en mi trabajo. Aún recuerdo cuando pensaba que era imposible para mí estudiar esta carrera por lo costosa que era y era un sueño que estaba guardado sin saber si lo iba a lograr o no pero aún así empecé a buscar recetas y hacer tortas como dicen aquí al ojo por ciento algunas quedaban bien y otras no tanto pero hacía lo mejor que podía, agradezco tanto a los clientes que sabiendo que yo estaba comenzando confiaban en mi y en mi trabajo. Hasta el año 2018 que el sueño se volvió realidad y aquí quiero compartir un poco de ese maravilloso tiempo con ustedes.

Happy night Lifestyle friends tonight my post is dedicated to my profession since January 12th is the day of the pastry chef and I find it incredible that I turned my hobby into my passion and my job. I still remember when I thought it was impossible for me to study this career because of how expensive it was and it was a dream that was kept without knowing if I was going to achieve it or not but I still started looking for recipes and making cakes as they say here by the eye. some turned out well and others not so much but I did the best I could, I am so grateful to the clients who, knowing that I was starting, trusted me and my work. Until 2018 the dream became reality and here I want to share a little of that wonderful time with you.

Y esta maravillosa aventura de hizo realidad en marzo del 2018 y todo gracias a las criptomonedas, entre en este mundo y comencé a generar un poco más de dinero y dije es momento de hacer este sueño una realidad, recuerdo que en ese momento había que pagar la inscripción, una mensualidad y había que comprar instrumentos y materiales para cada una de las clases. Al recordas esto recuerdo que tuve demasiado apoyo de mi querida @melinda010100 y en todos los aspectos si necesitaba dinero me ayudaba e incluso se tomó la molestia de enviarme algunas cosas de repostería que hoy en día conservo mucho, justo hace algunos días se me dañaron las miserables que ella me envió y me dió tanto sentimiento por el valor emocional que tienen para mí. Al saber que hay personas que no conocemos en persona pero que me quiere tanto y se preocupa tanto por mi. En el transcurso de la semana nos envíaban la lista de todo lo que teníamos que llevar y el sábado veíamos todo el día clases aprendíamos nuevas técnicas y yo era la más feliz.

And this wonderful adventure came true in March 2018 and all thanks to cryptocurrencies, I entered this world and started generating a little more money and I said it's time to make this dream a reality, I remember that at that time you had to pay registration, a monthly fee and instruments and materials had to be purchased for each of the classes. When you remember this I remember that I had a lot of support from my dear @melinda010100 and in every aspect if I needed money she helped me and even took the trouble to send me some pastry things that I still keep a lot today, just a few days ago my hands were damaged miserable things that she sent me and it gave me so much feeling because of the emotional value they have for me. Knowing that there are people we don't know in person but who love me so much and care so much about me. Over the course of the week they sent us the list of everything we had to bring and on Saturday we watched classes all day, we learned new techniques and I was the happiest.

Por aquí pueden ver algunos de los postres que preparamos en esas clases desde la más sencillo como un mousse de frutas, hasta tortas más elaboradas como selva negra, torta sacher y torta fraisier, no hay palabras para describir todas las emociones maravillosas que viví en este tiempo de estudiante de repostería, y entre clases seguía tomando mis pedidos de tortas que sin lugar a dudas se veía como mejoraban gracias a las clases.

Here you can see some of the desserts that we prepare in those classes, from the simplest one like a fruit mousse, to more elaborate cakes like black forest, sacher cake and fraisier cake, there are no words to describe all the wonderful emotions that I experienced in this I was a pastry student, and between classes I continued taking my orders for cakes, which without a doubt seemed to improve thanks to the classes.

Y venían los días más difíciles que eran los exámenes para aprobar por el título de panadera pastelera y debo decir que en estos exámenes casi no dormía y estaba muy nerviosa uno de los exámenes fue atender a un jurado como en un restaurante y la verdad que fue una experiencia retadora pero que me encantó.

And the most difficult days were coming, which were the exams to pass the title of pastry baker and I must say that in these exams I hardly slept and I was very nervous. One of the exams was serving a jury like in a restaurant and the truth is that it was a challenging experience but one that I loved.

Y llegó el gran día, la graduación y tener el título en el cual pensé no lo iba a tener pero si lo tuve y fui la más feliz. Pero eso solo fue el comienzo de este gran sueño, ya que faltan muchas cosas más que cumplir y hacer realidad.

And the big day arrived, graduation and having the degree which I thought I wouldn't have but I did have it and I was the happiest. But that was only the beginning of this great dream, since there are many more things to fulfill and make come true.

Y por aquí seguimos cumpliendo sueños, y es que todo repostero desea tener una de estas batidoras, solo las personas que me conocen saben lo que luche por tener está batidora y hoy en día me refiero a mi batidora como mi bebé y la verdad es que hoy en día quiero tener otra más grande pero veremos cómo va todo pero no hay sueño muy grande, todos somos capaces de hacer nuestros sueños realidad.

And here we continue to fulfill dreams, and every baker wants to have one of these mixers, only people who know me know how much I fought to have this mixer and today I refer to my mixer as my baby and the truth is that Today I want to have a bigger one but we will see how everything goes but there is no dream too big, we are all capable of making our dreams come true.

Ser pastelera para mí ha sido lo mas maravilloso que me ha pasado en mi vida y soy tan feliz de decir que soy chef pastelera me llena de orgullo y hoy en día estoy segura que volvería a pasar por todo lo que tuve que pasar para lograr tener ese título en mis manos, son muchos años los que tengo preparado tortas y es tan cierto que la práctica hace al maestro porque día a día recuerdo lo mucho que luchaba por decorar una torta y que se viera bien o simplemente por hacer un buen merengue italiano y hoy en día puedo decir que para mí es pan comido hacer eso.

Being a pastry chef for me has been the most wonderful thing that has happened to me in my life and I am so happy to say that I am a pastry chef fills me with pride and today I am sure that I would go through everything I had to go through to achieve that title in my hands, I have been preparing cakes for many years and it is so true that practice makes perfect because day after day I remember how hard I struggled to decorate a cake and make it look good or simply to make a good Italian meringue and today I can say that it is a piece of cake for me to do that.
