Compras para llevar al hospital. [ESP-ENG]

Feliz noche amigos está semana de verdad que ha sido bastante movida y nos ha tocado hacer de todo, y en eso me tocó salir al centro de la isla ya que tenía una lista de cosas que debía comprar para llevar al hospital y que mi mamá estuviera cómoda, entre esas cosas eran pijamas, ropa interior, sandalias, sábanas y cubrecamas. Ya falta poco para que ella pueda tener su operación y su calidad de vida mejore.

Good evening, friends. This week has truly been quite hectic, and we've had to do everything. I had to go to the center of the island because I had a list of things I needed to buy to take to the hospital so my mom would be comfortable. These things included pajamas, underwear, sandals, sheets, and blankets. It won't be long before she has her surgery and her quality of life improves.

Lo primero en mi lista de compras era un pantalón cómodo para mí y es que aunque tendré ayuda de algunos familiares para cuidar a mi mamá yo seré la que pasaré más tiempo en el hospital con ella y debo estar cómoda.

The first thing on my shopping list was a comfortable pair of pants for me, because even though I'll have help from some family members to take care of my mom, I'll be the one spending the most time in the hospital with her and I need to be comfortable.

Luego estuve buscando las pijamas para ella en esta oportunidad necesitábamos que fueran batas de dormir que tuvieran botones y es que esto nos ayudará mucho a la hora de la operación para que la revisen y curen la herida, busque entre las opciones que había y elegí varias. Ya que lo más seguro es que pasemos varios días en el hospital.

Then I started looking for pajamas for her. This time we needed nightgowns with buttons, as this will be very helpful during the operation when they check and treat the wound. I looked through the available options and chose several, since we'll most likely be spending several days in the hospital.

Luego estuve buscando estás sandalias que son faciles de poner para ella y no son pesadas. Lo bueno es que encontré buena tienda donde habia gran variedad de mercancía y pude encontrar casi todo lo que estaba buscando.

Then I looked for sandals that are easy for her to put on and aren't heavy. The good thing is that I found a great store with a wide variety of merchandise, and I was able to find almost everything I was looking for.

Luego busque ropa interior que ella también necesitaba, y aunque tiene siempre es bueno tener unas extra y nuevas cuando vamos al hospital.

Then I looked for underwear that she also needed, and although she always has some, it's good to have extra and new ones when we go to the hospital.

Luego de tener casi todo lo que tenía en la lista estaba lista para pagar y por supuesto que use la aplicación de cashea así puedo pagar todo en cuotas y es que han sido tantos los gastos que está aplicación me a ayudado mucho.

After getting almost everything on my list, I was ready to pay, and of course I used the Cashea app so I could pay everything in installments. There have been so many expenses that this app has helped me a lot.

Luego de comprar la mayoría de las cosas me fui a una tienda donde venden productos del hogar y es que necesitaba comprar sábanas, para una cama individual como es la cama del hospital.

After buying most of the things I needed, I went to a store that sells household goods because I needed to buy sheets for a single bed, like the hospital bed.

Mis hermanas me acompañaron y es que aunque mis hermanas son hijas de mi papá y no de mi mamá, últimamente me han apoyado mucho y saben que estoy pasando días difíciles. Con su compañía y apoyo todo de hace un poco más llevadero. Estoy tratando de ponerme un poco al día con mis post, pero ya para el día que estoy haciendo este post nos ingresaron en el hospital.

My sisters came with me. Even though they're my dad's daughters, not my mom's, they've been a huge support lately and know I'm going through a tough time. Their company and support make everything a little easier. I'm trying to catch up on my posts, but by the time I'm writing this, we've been admitted to the hospital.
