Feliz noche amigos de Daily Blog hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo puede ser un día en mi vida siendo la repostera de la familia y es que dos de mis sobrinos cumplen años súper seguido y literal soltamos una fiesta y estamos con otra y la verdad la que más cansada termina soy yo. Pues me toca hacer muchas cosas para los cumpleaños voy aquí les mostraré un poco de lo que me tocó hacer para el cumpleaños número 4 de mi sobrino Alejando. La temática del cumpleaños era del hombre araña.

Comencé preparando la mezcla de las tortas y los cupcakes, está mezcla la realice en dos tandas. La mezcla específicamente era de chocolate como me lo pidió mi hermana, ya que este es el sabor favorito de mi sobrino y pues aquí cumplimos los deseos del cumpleañero.

I started by preparing the mixture for the cakes and cupcakes, I made this mixture in two batches. The mixture specifically was chocolate as my sister requested, since this is my nephew's favorite flavor and here we fulfill the birthday boy's wishes.

Tome fotos de los cupcakes y de las tortas, la torta de abajo la horneo en dos partes para que esté más rápido y queda mejor. Luego de que las tortas estuvieron frías las rellene con crema de chocolate y las envolví en papel film y las lleve a la nevera para que tomaran más consistencia y sea más fácil a la hora de armar la torta.

Take photos of the cupcakes and cakes, I bake the cake below in two parts so that it is faster and it looks better. After the cakes were cold, I filled them with chocolate cream and wrapped them in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator so that they would have more consistency and make it easier when it came to assembling the cake.

Aquí hacemos de todo, y pues aunque termino muy cansada amo hacer cosas por las personas que amo y ahora comencé a cortar y freír donas pues la idea era hacer algunas donas personalizadas del hombre araña.

Fui preparando todo en la mesa, el glasé de las donas y algunas de las figuras en fondant que le iba a colocar, esto creo que fue lo que más tiempo me tomo hacer pero quedaron realmente hermosas y cuando le envié las fotos a mi hermana ella quedó encantada con el resultado final.

I was preparing everything on the table, the glaze for the donuts and some of the fondant figures that I was going to place, this I think was what took me the longest to do but they turned out really beautiful and when I sent the photos to my sister she She was delighted with the final result.

Por otro lado rellene los cupcakes con la crema de mantequilla, esto me lo pidió mi hermana y yo con gusto lo hice. Una vez rellenos los cupcakes los guarde ya que había que decorarlos con merengue italiano, y también recortar el Topper que debía llevar arriba.

Aquí ya tenía la torta rellena y con los soportes para evitar algún accesorio a la hora de transportarla y por el peso. La dejé a un lado mientras terminaba otras cosas, y pues ya había adelantado bastante y días antes había preparado los suspiros.

Y aunque ya estaba con poco tiempo amace para preparar una pizza, la verdad que como estaba apurada pensé que la masa no había quedado bien pero la verdad está pizza quedó deliciosa, una vez estuvo lista la corte en cuadros pequeños para que fuera más fácil a la hora de repartir.

Y aquí pueden ven una foto de cuando la torta estuvo lista, tan ien coloque los cupcakes y las donas para tomar algunas fotos para mí cuenta de Instagram para que mis clientes vean todo lo que podemos realizar. La verdad no voy a negar que estos cumpleaños tan cercanos me dejaron sumamente cansada. Pero amo ver todo lo que hago y que cada vez todo queda mucho más hermoso. Ser la persona que sabe hacer de todo en la familia no es nada fácil.
