Hoy les quiero compartir una Riquísima receta se trata de una pizza con base de arroz es Deliciosa les va a encantar se los aseguro. Es muy económica al momento de preparar y la puedes rellenar con los ingredientes que más les gusta. Por eso quise consentir a mis sobrinos que se que tantos les gusta. A continuación les explico los pasos a seguir:

Ingredientes:
🍕2 Tomates.
🍕2 Huevos.
🍕1 Taza de arroz.
🍕1 Cebolla.
🍕100 gr de queso.
🍕100 gr de mortadela. Rallada
🍕Salsa de tomate.
🍕3 Cucharadas de harina de trigo.
🍕Sal y azúcar (al gusto).
Ingredients:
🍕2 Tomatoes.
🍕2 Eggs.
🍕1 cup of rice.
🍕1 onion.
🍕100 grams of cheese.
🍕100 gr of mortadella. grated
🍕Ketchup.
🍕3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
🍕Salt and sugar (to taste).
Step by Step || Pasó a paso:
1er paso: Lo primero que haremos es colocar la taza de arroz por 2 de agua a cocinar durante 15 minutos, una vez lista retirar de la olla y dejar enfriar.
1st step: The first thing we will do is place the cup of rice for 2 of water to cook for 15 minutes, once ready remove from the pot and let cool.
2do paso: Seguidamente una vez que se haya enfriado el arroz añadir los huevos mezclar un poco hasta integrar bien junto a las cucharadas de harina pizca de sal y azúcar, colocar un sartén con un poquito de aceite o mantequilla a calentar, verter la mezcla y cocinar por ambos lados.

3er paso: Luego que ya esté cocida por ambos lados dejar a fuego bajo y agregar salsa de tomate esparcir bien, añadir la mortadela rallada, procedemos a incorporar rodajas de cebolla, mortadela, tomate y por último el queso como se puede apreciar, tapamos y dejamos allí por unos minutos y listo para degustar amigos míos.
3rd step: Once it is cooked on both sides, leave it on low heat and add the tomato sauce, spread well, add the grated mortadella, proceed to incorporate slices of onion, mortadella, tomato and finally the cheese, as you can see, cover and leave there for a few minutes and ready to taste my friends.
