Creamy cambur

Tasty and natural !!

Hello my dear readers, this morning I have the pleasure to present you one of the superstar smoothies I learned to make, I tell you about this delicious three in one: juice, dessert and snack.

I made it myself, because when I first learned about the cambur milkshake (cambur con leche) about 19 years ago, I completely fell in love with the taste and creaminess of this juice; but I set out to improve this recipe and take it to the next level.

We'll need

In order for you to do it at home you need:

A cup and a half of cambur

1 cup cold milk - 1 cup warm milk - 1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup of crushed vanilla biscuit (maria biscuit)

Cinnamon powder

Procedure

in the warm milk with the crushed cookie (leave a little cookie for decoration) and freeze this mixture

Once the mixture is frozen, we continue with the other cup of cold milk, this one we liquefy with the cambur and the vanilla

And we make our shake like this: one serving of frozen cookie mixture, then one serving of cambur juice, fill to the top, decorate with cookie and cinnamon
Ready to enjoy!

You can certainly do it at home and you won't regret it. It's a healthy and delicious dessert

TIPS:
You can vary this excellent dessert by making a cold cake with the same ingredients, placing the whole cookies without crushing them and layering the ingredients

Hello!
I really liked your recipe, mostly because I am very bad with desserts and this one looks a little easier than others and I really like the final result to the eye.

I have to try to make it but maybe I'll put "arequipe" hehe.
