Hola comunidad de Hive un gustó en saludarles hoy tengo el placer de compartir con ustedes el proceso del cacao.Hasta sacar el chocolate,este proceso tiene varios pasos ya que una vez que tomas la maraca de cacao de la planta.

procedes abrirla para desprender los granos del mucílago.

Esto para poner los granos de cacao al sol durante varios días,hasta que los mismos ya no esté babosos,si no que estén totalmente secos para proceder al tostado.

Una vez q estos ya han pasado sus largos días al sol y están totalmente secos,procedemos a tostarlos.

Ya tostado dejamos reposar hasta que estos estén a temperatura ambiente y se puedan desconchar,una vez ya desconchado los granos estos quedarán así.

Una vez ya listo todo este proceso vamos a llevar al molino estos granos para obtener la masa con la que formaremos nuestro rico y delicioso chocolate.
