Today I want to share with you about a very important meeting that I was at last Friday, it was at my little son's school, since since they went on vacation in December it was time to join the second week of January, which did not happen since The teachers have a protest and it is still active, they demand a living wage, as a representative I am very concerned about my son's education since he will always be my priority, but we must also be fair, a teacher charges $7 for every 10 and 25 Do we have to be empathetic and put ourselves in the shoes of others, how can you cover your personal and household needs with such a low salary? You simply can't, this is a big problem that lives here in my country Venezuela and it is not only with the teachers but with all the staff in the public area, the one who works is out of love and the commitment acquired because simply to live Well, it's not, that's why every day there are more people who leave the country in search of a better future, it's so frustrating that you go out to work every day and your income doesn't come at all, here almost everything is dollarized but They pay you the salary in bs, total chaos and you must have 2 or 3 jobs to be able to support the home, one of the points to discuss was whether or not we agreed with the strike, which we support, for a salary decent for both teachers and public workers, meanwhile my little one is not in class I will continue with the routine, we study at home and continue advancing, so when it is time to join the classroom, be in advance, hoping that soon they will obtain what is rightfully theirs

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes acerca de una reunión de suma importancia que estuve el viernes pasado, fue en la escuela de mi pequeño hijo, ya que como se fueron de vacaciones en diciembre tocaba incorporarse la segunda semana de enero, cosa que no pasó ya que los docentes tienen una protesta y aún está activa, ellos exigen un salario digno, como representante me preocupa mucho la educación de mi hijo ya que el siempre será mi prioridad, pero también debemos de ser justos, un docente cobra 7 $ cada 10 y 25 , hay que ser empáticos y ponernos en los zapatos de los demás, como con un sueldo tan bajo cubres las necesidades personales y de tu hogar? Sencillamente no se puede, este es un gran problema que se vive aquí en mi país Venezuela y no solamente es con los docentes si no con todo el personal en área pública, el que trabaja es por amor y por el compromiso adquirido porque sencillamente para vivir bien no es, por eso cada día son más las personas que se van fuera del país en busca de un mejor futuro, es tan frustrante que tú salgas todos los días a trabajar y tú ingreso no de para nada, aquí casi todo está dolarizado pero el sueldo te lo pagan en bs, un caos total y debes tener 2 o 3 trabajos para poder llevar el sustento al hogar, uno de los puntos a tratar fue si estábamos de acuerdo o no con el paro, cosa que apoyamos, por un sueldo digno tanto para docentes como para trabajadores públicos, mientras tanto mi pequeño no esté en clases yo seguiré con la rutina, estudiamos en casa y seguimos avanzando, así cuando toque incorporarse al aula este adelantado, esperando que pronto obtengan lo que por derecho les corresponde
